On average I usually ejaculate every 2-3 weeks. I sometime edge at the end of or during my secession's depending on how I feel. Sometimes while edging (with Aneros) I get very close to PONR and I feel like I'm going to ejaculate. I try to fully relax when reaching this point, some semen is slowly released, then I usually end up with several contractions a few seconds later. I try to keep relaxed, but it seems like I always end up clenching and contractions and ejaculation is inevitable at that point. I guess having an Aneros in might amplify this clenching reaction and make it more difficult to fully relax.
I have been successful in the past and ruined a few orgasms and the semen just flowed out with no contractions. That experience is hard to repeat regularly b/c I seem to always clench and that initiates contractions/ejaculation. Clenching my PC muscles ( I Kegal fairly regularly BTW) doesn't seem to prevent the ejaculation or contractions, but totally kills the orgasm and I still end up with a refractory period like a normal ejaculatory orgasm.
Any tips on how to be more successful with letting a little semen escape, but not end up clenching and having contractions/ejaculate?

It takes practice, you might “fail” (have a true clenching ejaculatory orgasm), but you can easily do it many times a day, as semen retention isn’t necessary for ruined orgasms.

I've too been into ruined orgasms lately, but now I prefer learning the "Cool Draw".
This Taoist technique helps me drawing my sexual energy out of my testicles and circulating it through my body even BEFORE I get hot and bothered.
I'm quite surprised ...
- how much easier it is to work with my sexual energy when it is still "cool",
- how it helps to multiply and experience whole-body orgasms
- and, eventually, use my sexual energy for health and healing.

1. Touch or cup your testicles with one hand to warm them up until you feel a slight tingling or the first stirring of your sexual energy. (In public better use sexual thoughts or fantasy.)
2. Inhale and gently pull up on the muscles around your testicles, your perineum, and your anus. As you inhale and pull your muscles up, imagine you were sipping your sexual energy and drawing it from your testicles to your perineum and on to your anus and tailbone.
3. Exhale and relax your muscles, but keep your attention and focus on your rising sexual energy.
4. Continue to inhale and pull up and then exhale and relax several more times until you can feel a warm or tingling sensation at your perineum. Once your are able to move your sexual energy, you can simply begin using the spine like a straw, sipping the energy from your testicles and perineum right up to the base of your skull.
