Rewiring: Super-O without Aneros?

I have been using the Aneros for about 8 months and went from Helix, via Progasm to Eupho. Using all of the models, depending on the mood.

Now I found out, that sometimes I even have a kind of Super-O without the Aneros inside. How can that be? I can watch a porn movie and get aroused, but my penis is not getting hard.
