Regarding the term "rewiring". So if I understand this correctly, rewiring means that my body will have a dry, non ejaculatory orgasm, from my prostate, correct? If that is the case, then will I still be able to experience a wet ejaculatory orgasm?

I don't like the term rewiring. I think it is misleading.

Personnaly, all I did in the end was learning to relax under pressure and learning to pay attention to subtle sensations.

I guess, "rewiring" is mostly a way to tell people: "this might not work overnight".
