In my last session with my helix i got something strange.

The session started really good, i listened to the hypnoaerosession cd and relaxed.

I got a strong feeling in my pirineum, i dont know how to describe it, but it wasn"t very pleasant. It felt like it was very tensed. Does anybody know what this is?

After 10 minutes relaxing i already felt some p-waves coming, i had around 2-3 waves. Then 5 minutes later while i was still relaxing i got again 2-3 p-waves.

After that i was still relaxing for around 10 minutes without p-waves. And I started contracting, but i didn't felt anything anymore.

Does anybody know why this is, and does anybody know what the feeling in my perineum was?

I think you`re contracting to hard.

Try my shallow breath method in the post I made. Then when you have the Pwaves focus on them and use the tug of war technique to subtly build up while focusing on the subtle movements and feelings down there.

My two pennies.

You're letting the good vibes naturally flow. At your stage, contracting too much will just interrupt it. Just lay limp, focus on something boring and let the p-waves wash over. In my case, I knew I was on the right track when this adrenaline was tingling my abdomen - though it differs for people.
