Lay down in a quiet room with the curtains closed. Listen to the bird song outside or focus on your device. Do nothing

Any little movement you feel focus on it. Go to sleep, your device won't get lost, you will soon wake up when the sensations build.

Artificially induced relaxation, i.e. some marijuana might kick start your session.

You've checked out the wiki at http://wiki.malegspot.com/index.php?title=Getting_Started#Relaxation? I agree with AneRico that meditation is a good way to quiet the"mind noise". There are all types of meditation, but the main thing is to focus your mind on something simple like breathing or muscle exercises, not necessarily chanting a mantra although that works too. Listening to music and meditative audio tracks helps me relax. Download the Breathing Meditation at https://sites.google.com/site/anerossessiondownloadsite/home/session-recordings-downloads-page, put on your headphones and kick back. I like the way it entices me to pay attention to my breathing and slow down. Do you get any pleasure from the prostate massage at all?

What time of day do you have your sessions?

I find that mornings are best for a quiet mind. Evenings after a stressful day are more difficult. I have begun to learn to control mind noise which is probably getting close to meditation. If I miss a session, I really miss the quiet time and the resulting recharge. I did not expect this when I started.

Google "relaxation"

There's a world of advice out there that can help you.

You haven't mentioned it, but are you personally or religiously opposed to forms of meditation?

No not at all. I'm open to anything that might help.
