Regular use increases orgasm Intensity

I've noticed the same thing. My orgasms during intercourse are at least 2 times as long as they used to be, with more intensity as well.

how frequent are your aneros session? and what is the normal duration of your sessions? how long did you guys use the aneros to start noticing this stronger climax effect?

For me that was a little later. Once I began to have orgasms every session it seemed easier to incorporate that feeling into my intercourse orgasms. Trying to focus on the feelings in your prostate during intercourse before you have a traditional orgasm seems to make things much more intense. Its hard to explain, but I try to focus on the feelings in both my penis and prostate before I finish.

As far as session length, I was hit or miss for the first 3 months or so. It wasn't until about 6 months in that I was able to have good sessions nearly every time. My sessions are typically short now. In the beginning I was spending 1-2 hours, but a lot of that was spent in vain trying to control things, losing focus, etc. Now that I've become more familiar with my path to orgasm, my sessions are only 20-30 min. I usually have 2-3 in that time and am completely spent after. If its been a long time since I've had sex with my wife, I may go longer, but most of the time we have sex daily. I'm typically using my aneros 2-3 times per week. While I was still finding my path, it was 5-6 days per week.
