Hi can i get a refund for a product? I lost the original recipt but
i still have the email you guys sent me when i purchased it.
Can i print this and ship it back to you all? I would like to
try it another time, it's just i need to get a refund.
And i am behind in my bills and need my money refunded back to me

I have been scouring the web site for the guarantee that used to be offered on the MGX & SGX models but it appears the company has rescinded that offer. I would advise you to contact Support and ask if the guarantee was still in effect at the time you made your purchase. Even if it wasn't, they may still honor your request for a refund.
