It looks like the prostate is starting to grow in size with my age...fortunately PSA is still around 2. However, with the larger prostate size should I consider a different Aneros massager? I currently use Helix, Eupho and Peridise. What about SGX's smaller size...ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?

Whatever feels good. With a 50+ gram prostate I started with a Helix and added the SGX to my toybox (the Aneros website used to recommend SGX for guys with a lot of enlargement). Found that I could not pass cum when ejaculating with the Helix (or anything larger) but could cum during sex with the SGX. So SGX became my toy for foreplay, sex and a solo Super-T. Helix was my solo orgasmic toy for rewiring and it was joined.

Seven years later my PSA has dropped a bit, my Prostate seems more 'pliable' and I use larger toys.
