Hi all i have not posted any thing since august, but i am still being re-wired i think, i have had success with the helix classic since having probs with the mgx but now i am having better luck with the mgx since i made a slight adjustment to it i placed a cable end protector on the hurting tab gives a bit wider girth to hit the spot better and is comfy no more problems there. It's basically a rubbery cap that stops damp going into the cables in storage, gives it a nice pad of just under 1/2 inch, comes off fairly easy for cleaning.
I use both now but am using mgx mainly because i have endless involuntaries seem to go on for about an hour or so plenty of pleasure waves, end less pre - cum i did not no the human body stored so much , plenty of involuntary shaking and moaning and all this has just started in the last week or so, and after a session of around 2 hours i'm knackered and knock knees turned to jelly. No mini o's or super o just serious pleasure. I can feel like i'm cumming though in a flash then you have missed it but it's just pre cum shooting on through i think, it feels nice though.
Another thing that has helped me i think is by keeping my briefs or boxers on nice stretchy nylon ones my favourites, with a piece of kitchen roll catching the runnning pre cum because if you drop the hold contraction a bit they keep the presure on the mgx against the prostate and keeps it fizzing as i put it, which is great then things go mad down there while wearing them i can let the hold off and away i go again with just the slight pressure,
Just one question if some one can answer it is it best to hold the pc or sphincter muscle all the time.

One answer to your question would be: a little of both. I think what you'll find is your PC muscle wants to "butt in" when you're trying to close your anal sphincter. Concentrate on the actual sphincter without involving the the PC muscles, then try slowly bringing in the PC muscles.

Personally, when I do this, I get the quivering for about 20 minutes, then full-force involuntary contractions begin (they call this auto-fucking). During this phase, I start to feel more arousal, and I can decide to Super-O by just voluntarily holding a clamp. Then all hell breaks loose. But everybody Super-O's differently, so you may have a separate experience from mine.
