I haven't ridden in months because I simply gave up on it for a while. Then this morning I wake up and my prostate has been quivering all day. I've been thinking about riding again. Any idea what this means fellas?

Jake sometimes your body just knows what it needs and when it needs it. I think you prostate is giving you a very clear sign that it needs some attention. I would say go for it!

@Haas you can just feel it and that creates a itch that you can not scratch unless you put a toy in. As your rewiring it is both annoying and fantastic at the same time. I no longer get it my prostate just starts pumping by its self. Before that my left foot twitches all by itself. Fucked if i know why but it raises arousal and then a anerosless session starts from there.

In my case, if I do some contractions particularly while I'm sitting, I'll feel it if the prostate is "buzzing" (or "quivering" as you say). If it is, be careful where you are! You don't want to moan in public! I personally like these feelings as I "know" my prostate is alive and well!
