When one has a prostate orgasm via Aneros, does it have the same contractions as a normal ejaculatory orgasm, or is it simply characterised by waves of pleasure? I feel like I've probably been so very close, but just wondering what to expect in terms of the actual physical feeling. Thanks for answering!

As I mentioned in my introductory PM to you :
G.) The most important tip I can give is to suspend expectations of results, relax and enjoy the ride for the pleasing sensations you do receive. Be patient with yourself, open to the new feelings and nurturing in your attitude, these feelings and sensations can NOT be forced or otherwise coerced to occur. Give yourself permission to release egocentric mental control. "Just Let Go !" to allow your body to generate this phenomena for your pleasure and enjoyment, just "Go with the Flow !".

Prostate based orgasms are qualitatively different from traditional penile based ejaculatory orgasms. In some ways they do share many similar aspects but they also differ in unique ways with each individual and it is impossible to predict which aspects will be similar and different for you. Just be open and accepting of any and all sensations which come your way without expectations!
Good Vibes to You !

Thanks Rumel, in all of my reading, I found it strange that there was no description of the actual aspects of a prostate orgasm. Your explanation that the experience is different among individuals helps me to internalize it and further embrace the idea of "no expectations". I now am starting to better understand the self discovery mindset that is continuously emphsized here as well. Thanks for helping to guide on this journey.

expecting the feelings like you get from a traditional orgasm is not for me what a prostrate orgasm feels like. I get the spikes in pleasure like when you ejaculate but its not quite the same and what I enjoy more is the waves and waves of pleasure that you may be missing waiting for a big event to occur. I consider my aneros sessions more like meditation (but more fun)

I had my first one today. It wasn't super powerful, but I kept increasing the p-waves subtely until I felt this dam of pleasure building. I felt like I was just about to cum but getting over the edge was so slow and gingerly. Once it happened I had a very warm total body feeling, wave after wave of pleasure combined with intermittent orgasm contractions, but they were very spread out. The whole thing listed for about 25 seconds. It was very relieving. Unfortunately I couldn't manage to do it a second time but once I ended the session I felt fulfilled and had no desire for a traditional orgasm or to continue with masturbation.

Welcome to the forum! There’s even subtle differences within an individual’s experience. Each time is a little different. The best way I can explain it is that the pleasures of a traditional orgasm are localized in the penis whereas the pleasures of a super o aren’t as localized but generally resonate from the prostate, lower back, and abdomen. To answer your first question, my penis contracts some during prostate play but during a super o I can’t tell because my whole body shakes. Gosh it’s been too long, need to find some time to get back to it!

Describing it is like describing the color blue. It can't be done. But i can say you will know when its there. Confidence is key when exploring. Expect it will happen, dont expect what it will be like. Just lay there. Listen to your body. Watch some porn. You have to get really turned on for it to work. Its a very sensual experince.

I agree with @qwer1234, the moment you know you know you know.

Don't stick to that wrong mindset. You're not doing it. It does you!

Only keep your mind open for more and the best is yet to come, yet to come and yet to come, beyond belief! 🙂
