New to all of this but lots of questions. I started using the Helix to help my BHP and hemorrhoids which I had really bad. And now thanks to daily usage I don't have any more. I have been playing with the Helix for about 8 months now. I have had tons of pleasure form it. First few months I would put it in and get tingeling but not much more than that. It did get my heart racing the third time I used it. It scared the heck out of me so I stopped the session. I'v never have had that again. But I wear a fitbit and track my heart rate, now when I'm playing and really feeling good my heart rate jumps up to around 140 beats per minute. Is anyone doing the same? I would spend about an hour to two trying different positions. The best position I found is on my knees with my arms on the counter top playing with my nipples, all I can say is O my God! I can feel my Helix getting pulled around inside me hitting alot of great spots. The hole time my penis is hard as a rock and I'm dripping pre cum the whole time. I will get P waves that make my body jerk every once in a while I get this feeling of intense pleasure making me clamp every muscle causing me to move my hips back and forth like a mad man. I get to a point where my dick becomes rock hard and I get a feeling of being right on the edge of orgasm but I never seem to get there this way. My knees give out after a bit and have to move to a different position, which stops the Helix. But it is Just such a really pleasurable experience. I love that position. After experiencing the Helix moving I was able to get the Helix moving this way while on my back in bed. I just pull the same type of contractions while holding on to those feelings. Now I have had sessions where I can put it in and lay back with the helix inside me on my back with my knees bent feet flat on the bed with the helix taking off and start moving on its own. But after a while I start pulling small contractions and can get it where the contractions get harder and harder. Pulling the Helix all the way in. The harder contraction I pull the better it feels and the more active the Helix becomes. After some time I will start to get major involuntarily contractions that are very intense. This causes my body to clamp down so hard on the Helix that is feels like its bottomed out inside of me. The P tab starts to hurt because its pulled in so hard. I try to relax but it seems like the more I relax the harder it's pulled in. I get to the point where I have an HFO. (hands free orgasm )It's very powerful. The first time I thought it was an SO. My penis was rock hard and I shot a stream right past my head it was so powerful. The orgasm seem to last a long time like 40 seconds or more with waves of pleasure. I have not done anything like that since my teenage years and I'm 56 now. The thing that made me think that it was a Supper was the way my spinkter was clamping on the helix. Along time after the orgasm was over. This went on until I stopped it by getting up to clean up. Since starting the first HFO I can now do it almost everytime I want to. I usually stop after about 5 minutes after the orgasm. I guess my question is this normal. Is this a Supper O? or am I doing something wrong? Don't get me wrong I'm loving it. One reason why I stop is I'm wore out and I'm married. Plus don't have a lot of alone time. I don't know if I would orgasms again if I kept at it. One day I will try when I have more privacy and time. It takes me a good two hours to get the first orgasm. Most of my daily usage last only 30 minutes to an hour. When I started have the HFO my penis was rock hard and now I'm finding that I'm only half hard now when I get the HFO and not as much fluid. This does not change the feelings, but wondering if anyone else experienced this? And maybe this is just the start of a dry orgasm I don't know.
Hey, @82inchstall, big man, 2,08 m tall? Really? Respect. Welcome to the forum! Concerning your questions I'd recommend to stop labeling. It's even more difficult to other members to lable what you have felt. Instead enjoy your feelings and welcome them. The more you don't freak out from overwhelming feelings, the more you tell yourself that you will do yourself no harm, the more you let go, the more bliss you will be able to experience and the more progress you will make on your journey.
Btw, you used HFO but from context perhaps meant HFWO. HFO is the dry one, HFWO the wet one. The wet ones might be a blind lane on the search for a SO, because you will probably cum before you achieve a SO. But as an SO comes to you, if you are ready for it, it's nothing you can enforce but it's something you have to let happen.
The only suggestion I have for now is, try to separate ejaculation from orgasm. Try to have orgasms without ejaculation. The more you learn this difference the more you are approaching your SO. Have fun and good vibes! Mart

That's wonderful to hear, you've added to the growing body of anecdotal evidence for the health benefits of prostate massage and the use of Aneros massagers.

I don't personally monitor my Anerosessions with any such device but that's an interesting question, perhaps you can create a user Poll to get some numbers.

Your ability to have HFWO's can be a blessing or a curse. There are many men here who greatly desire to experience such HFWO's but are unable to do so. In your case it may be a curse if it is preventing you from reaching the Super-O level of experience. As @SOwithoutAneros noted, learning to separate the ejaculatory reflex from orgasm will probably enable you to transition into the Super-O zone. To help with this you might consider using a cock ring or testicle cuff to retard the actions of the cremaster muscles which are precursor involuntary contractions of the ejaculatory reflex.

Prostate based orgasms are often reported to last longer than traditional penile induced ejaculatory orgasms and often have an long reaching afterglow effect, this is quite normal. It is important to note that prostate based orgasms are qualitatively different from traditional penile ejaculatory orgasms.
I guess my question is this normal. Is this a Supper O? or am I doing something wrong?
What is 'normal' for you may differ from what is 'normal' for other men, I don't think it is something to worry about or think you are doing anything wrong. If you're loving your Anerosessions as they are then you aren't doing anything wrong per se. What you have described is not, by definition, a Super-O but I think you can pretty easily get there from your present level of experience.
When I started have the HFO my penis was rock hard and now I'm finding that I'm only half hard now when I get the HFO and not as much fluid. This does not change the feelings, but wondering if anyone else experienced this?
Yes, your Aneros journey is an evolving experience, combined with the aging process, your body responses will change over time but it is pretty difficult to predict just how those changes will manifest. As long as your attitude stays positive and you are still experiencing pleasure then just going with the natural progression of your journey is all you need to be focused upon.
Good Vibes to You !
thanks some much for the positive response. I spent my life so far trying to get that ejaculatory orgasms. When I was younger I would race my best friend to see who could cumm first. It's best one of the worst things I could ever have done it causes me to have premature ejaculation. But as I have grown older I have learned some small amount of control. I still very happy with what the helix is doing for me with or with out the SO. Thanks again and I'll keep working it.
@82inchstall, to take the next hurdles I'd recommend to have a little rest and invest some time in some reading matter about the background of your journey. Here you have a little selection of what I found most helpful so far:
