Hello,
I have some specific questions and I hope you guys can help me out.

1) Can you get super Os with the peridise? If yes, is it as easy or hard as with the prostate toys?

2) Can you use the aneros with a condom or does the whole mechanism not work when it's IN a condom?

3) What is the peridise officially supposed to do as a sex toy? I read it is a hemorrhoid tool. Does this mean that using it will automatically also reduce hemorrhoids?
But besides the hemorrhoids what makes the peridise a sex toy?

4) Can you clean the peridise with rubbing alcohol? Can the material which it is made of take this?

1) Yes

2) Yes. I have heard of people using condoms around peridises, though I see no point. I think they move better and are more sensual without any interference.

3) There's plenty of summaries on this. In short, it gently stimulates the anal canal which triggers sensations deep within you - prostate and beyond.

4) I never tried rubbing alcohol. Soap works well.

Peridise was my first model and it was a great, gentle introduction to what a super-O was. It taught me to be orgasmic. But be careful, it was not the orgasm I expected. It was gentle and long lasting. You'll know it when you get there.

Or wait: maybe you won't! But someday you'll figure it out when you are there or very close!

1) Can you get super Os with the peridise? If yes, is it as easy or hard as with the prostate toys?Yes, some men have reported they can Super-O with them. As to "easy or hard", I can't say as I haven't had a Super-O from their usage.2) Can you use the aneros with a condom or does the whole mechanism not work when it's IN a condom?Yes, you can use the Condom method with the Peridise.3) What is the peridise officially supposed to do as a sex toy? I read it is a hemorrhoid tool. Does this mean that using it will automatically also reduce hemorrhoids? But besides the hemorrhoids what makes the peridise a sex toy?The Peridise models in the Aneros lineup are identical to the High Island Health Peristal models which were originally developed as a hemorrhoid massage treatment device and are not marketed as a 'sex toy' on the High Island Health website. Any implement used as a stimulating device in a sexual play scenario could be called a "sex toy", this could include objects whose original intended purpose was not sexually related.4) Can you clean the peridise with rubbing alcohol? Can the material which it is made of take this?Yes, the Peridise is made from the same acetal plastic as most of the other Aneros products and can be safely sanitized with the use of rubbing alcohol.
Good Vibes to You !

Dunz. fwiw, if you're not using the peridise to treat 'roids, may I suggest the Tempo. I achieve super-o with this quite often. I would have it as my favourite out of the Aneros range atm. The stainless steel material is mirror polished and a joy to use, minimal lube required and the weight helps (but don't ask me how).

Hello!
The Tempo looks great but it's expensive and I don't really want to spend that much money without knowing if I even like it. :/

I would rather start with the Aneros set which has 2 peridise versions in it. Is this enough or do you absolutely need the set with 4 peridises?

And can you tell me how the Peridise is wrapped? I mean from looking at the pics I see that it comes in a plastic packing. But is this one of those flip open packings? Or is it basically sealed so that you need scissors to open it?
I'm asking cause I'm not in the US and I have to buy the peridise online either at amazon or at a internet sex store and I'm always a bit worried about hygiene and safety. Most sex toys do not have any seals and they can be opened without breaking anything which I think is not good in terms of safety. I want to be sure that I get a product which is new and unused.

The best answer would come from the vendor. They should be able and willing to answer questions about the product package's tamper-resistant qualities.

The good online kink shops take their reputations and their customers questions very seriously. If you contact one that is not as helpful as you'd like, go elsewhere.

I've seen images of aneros products in transparent plastic clamshells, i.e. the type of packaging must be essentially destroyed to get to the product. I've only received aneros products in the cardboard sleeve type packaging. That's far less tamper-evident.

I'd be much less worried about somebody opening the package and contaminating the product than with somebody simply stealing it. I've actually received one aneros product like that--all I got was the empty box. The vendor was very cooperative, so I was only mildly disappointed until the replacement was delivered the next day.

The Peridise beginners set definitely comes in a plastic clam shell type container, not the boxes that other models come packaged in. I believe it is a snap open package not one of those you need a box cutter to open. I tossed the package so I don't completely recall. If you are concerned about sanitation, just wash it first.

@dunz,

i am going to be frank with you. your hygiene concerns are excessive. maybe you have an uncontrollable compulsion around this, in which case, i understand.

other than that, all you need to do is wash the darn thing with soap and water. there are no diseases or infections you can get from a lump of plastic that has been washed, and thinking that it will be delivered to you in some unsafe state is phobic. if you absolutely have to, you can put it in boiling water. since soap and water make it perfectly safe, this won't actually do anything more, but maybe it will relieve your concern. or you can put alcohol on it, for the same effect.

my guess is that this need for hygiene is a redirection of other anxieties you have, that you might want to deal with, if you aren't already.

but, finally, yes, the peridise can be used with a condom. i explain the best way here:

Hello, I have ocd and anxieties this is why I worry.
And after all today you cannot trust anyone. They fake everything!
They fake medicine, plane parts, protein powders you name it!
I just want to be sure that my sex toys have not been inserted before or ejaculated in.
This is my concern with sex toys.
And since the aneros is made of plastic I dont know if I could even soak it in rubbing alcohol
to kill off all viruses.

you could look for glass prostate toys, then you really will be in the clear after washing it by hand, dishwasher, alcohol, etc.

The Peridise, for me, works best as a supplement when I have sex with my wife. It is small, it does not rub on my prostate too much which allows me to stay hard more consistently and for longer periods of time, it makes my erection fuller and harder for longer periods of time, and it helps drain my prostate and produce majorly huge TOs! I've never tried it for dry Os or super Os, but I guess i should 🙂

Just found a new use for my small peridise by accident: to treat my back sprain. Inserting the peridise and feeling its pleasure waves and anal orgasms seems to relax my back and at least makes me forget about the pain 🙂

@techpump, that's my go to toy for super Ts too.
