I'm a new Aneros user and I have the MGX Trident model.
Nothing spectacular yet I don't think? That's part of my questions.
1. Whenever I feel a little tingle when I think it's hitting my prostate, (you know your hitting it if it feels like you need to pee correct?) my penis starts flinching and it gets super hard to the point where I can have a normal ejaculatory penile orgasm. I feel little p-waves during this as well I believe. When I use my PC muscles to move the aneros around, my hard penis goes up and down with it. All of this without touching my penis, and precum leaking out through out the session. I guess my question is am I hitting the prostate? And if I am what am I doing wrong or how can I reverse it so I don't have a penile orgasm?
2. Sometimes the P-tab causes discomfort and soreness and last night I tried putting a wash cloth folded in half between me and the P-tab and it helped a lot. Is this normal? It also seems like that helped curve it up more and I felt it hitting the prostate better I think.
Any experience/knowledge greatly appreciated.

Yes, the sensation of an urge to urinate is a good indicator of prostate engagement, especially if you know you had voided your bladder before starting your Anerosession. I don't think you are necessarily doing anything wrong if you are leaking precum. This is perfectly natural and a common effect of the Aneros. Since you didn't note having experienced an ejaculation I am going to assume you may have experienced a dry orgasm with most of the sensations felt in your penis. I don't know why you would want to "reverse" these sensations. Since you are a new user you are going to experience many new and different sensations on this learning journey. Some of these sensations will be reoccurring ones and some you may feel once and never again. Be patient with yourself, have no expectations and try various techniques to see where the pleasure leads you.

Yes it is normal and quite common for new users to experience some minor perineal discomfort due to the P-tab engagement. Your solution is one that is noted in the Aneros WIKI -> Softening the P-tab. As you become more experienced with practice your perineum will become more enured to the pressure and cushioning will be less needed. Indeed as your muscles get toned and increase their endurance and stamina, you may start to enjoy the pressure the P-tab applies as it contributes to the feedback loop of sensory generation.
Good Vibes to You !
If you can easily have Aneros trigger a traditional orgasm, enjoy it! This isn't easy for me, but when it happens, it is fucking amazing. I'll have more to say on this in another post.
