So I just started a session. As this is being typed. Trying to relax. But after a few minutes my contractions started shooting my porgasm ice out. What does this mean? I thought these things where suppose to stay in.

Sounds like you're not relaxed. When you are tense you will find it will shoot out easily with movement. If you are totally relaxed you will find the ice will stay in place and will provide lots of pleasure! Take time to relax first and you will feel lots of twinges and subtle movements happening! Over time as you learn to relax new doors of pleasure will open up!

@Dogmen, as @fred27 said, you may not be relaxed. Relaxation in sessions is necessary and will come soon enough as you continue to have Aneros sessions. It is also an indication that your anal tract musculature right now has not the strength to hold securely your Progasm ICE. I had that problem myself when I began using Progasm ICE as a beginner. The Kegel Exercises strengthened my anal musculature and sphincters to hold Progasm ICE securely in place. Also you were experiencing peristalsis in ejecting Progasm ICE. That is natural. Another solution is for you to purchase Progasm Classic, the older version of ICE. Progasm Classic delivers more traction.

I'll add that from your original post, you were typing as you had the toy in you. Were you standing or sitting? Try laying down flat on the floor with your knees bent at an angle feet on the floor. The weight of some toys make it hard for them to just stay in while you're standing (although I'll echo the previous posters here and say that if you are not relaxed and if your PC muscles and anal sphincters are not prepared or well toned, your toy can slip/shoot out). Also, pleasurable contractions tend to push the toys out, but if you're in a better position where gravity is not taking over, the toy should stay in you. Good luck!

I was completely relaxed. Very stoned.
also lying down on m back with knew bent.
Kegals are strong. Have been using the progasm for over 2 years. Sometimes when I start a session doesn't matter what model is in me I start to have those nice auto contractions and bam they start shooting the toy out. And that takes me out of my relaxed state. Adds frustration and questions.

I've had that issue with the progasm ice before, especially alongside an explosive ejaculation. It's probably the most likely model to do so, but like everyone has said it could be a relaxation issue.

One thing to keep in mind is that your inner anal sphincter is very different than your outer sphincter. It's smooth, completely involuntary tissue--you can't manually relax it any more than you can manually pump your heart's chambers. If you cause it pain or induce a bad feeling, it will react accordingly and stay tight no matter how much you try to relax after the fact. The key to this is to put insertion off a bit and focus on external massage and building arousal BEFORE ever inserting the toy. You'll know you're doing it right when you can feel overwhelming physical arousal like you're anus is trying to swallow the Aneros. Getting to this point will also change the way your body interprets pressure / aneros movement after insertion, coloring every received neural signal as erotic.

You can imagine it as a Venus fly trap. If you press too hard too soon, it snaps shut and your aneros-fly is doomed. But if you tickle and massage the plant gently enough, every touch make it open wider in pleasure until the presence of the stomping flies make the flytrap orgasm...continuously...or something like that.
