during aneros or  a/less i generate my orgasms from my prostate and anal sphincter.

i have read that an orgasm can be created from other parts of the body.....e.g...the belly button, tongue, earlobe.

curious to know how  this is  done......anyone have any experience of this method?

thanks

Yes indeed you can have orgasms from any body part!

First, caress yourself all over and become acquainted with the never-ending variety of sensations on your skin.  See if you have natural erogenous zones. During your sessions (aless or not), caress yourself, both on your erogenous zones and elsewhere. First do it as a practice accompanying sessions.  Then start focusing on the effect that these caresses have on your prostate.  For example, when you caress your nipple, do you feel a pang of pleasure in your prostate area?  Keep at it until you start creating connections, "cross-wiring" as it were.  Soon, in a sort of pavlovian way, you can learn to have the caresses themselves trigger and amplify your prostate pleasure.  See if you can build these into prostate orgasms, especially during aless (to learn to do this independently from toys).

The next step is having orgasms from the caresses themselves, without particular focus on the prostate.  This last step might require many of hours of practice with very light and slow caressing, in order to "awaken" the nerve endings all of your body, just as you did with the nerves surrounding your prostate.  And just as with prostate play, it helps to be aroused, focused, relaxed, etc.

Enjoy!

This is two-fold to me.
First of all,the prostate journey slowed me down to become self aware. When I was young, banging pussy was all there was for me. I wasn’t aware of any other path to pleasure, nor was I interested in any. I think this is pretty typical for most men. Can’t see the forest for the trees lol.

The second is about self-love. Learning all about ones body and how it can respond when you take the time, and enjoying the pleasure created. To me orgasm is orgasm, just that it can be triggered by stimulation of many other places than my cock. Ones need to be positive and open and learn that what they are doing is good, feels good and can be built up to orgasm.

In all my years of Aneros use the biggest roadblock that guys face in achieving success is the All American ethic that if you try hard enough and exert enough force you will winThat does not apply with Aneros or Prostate Orgasm.

So true!

Another aspect one wise Asian once noticed:

Nothing is underestimated more than pure repetition.

When I began to focus on my nipples I already had treated them with clamps and fingers forcefully. After hours of playful discovery I once stood in front of my bathroom mirror and instead only looked at my nipples and only envisioned to touch them. I had enough spare time and did it for minutes. Finally I felt wonderful vibes and my nipples and my member were hard without touching any of them.

My recommendation is to mix playfulness and patience and repetitions to heighten your awareness and find out what body parts are your personal hot spots.

Only to give an example what results may be possible, this morning I felt pure ecstasy only from envisioning my toes being licked and sucked.

Good vibes! Enjoy yourself!

"As an example the conventional Aneros wisdom that I got many years ago was that my penis was off limits in Aneros orgasms.  I have trained myself to get a super o in minutes by massaging the underside of my cock head using certain techniques and learned to guide the pleasure that these techniques provide to activate my prostate and not stimulate ejaculation.  It took years to learn this but it is my fastest path to ecstasy.  I trained myself to use this body part,"

@gnawdol:  I for one would like you in your blog or a separate thread to detail your route to the super O thru frenulum and sulcus play.  You have a fan here whose solo play was reframed by your former mention of meditative nipple, sulcus, and frenulum play.  I have had all types of extremely pleasurable  ruined Os, extremely pleasurable dry Os, and all such from meditative edging using nipples, sulcus, and frenulum, ................but no super O.  I hope you see fit to grant my request in your blog or a separate thread.  Thanks.

I tried to see if the prostate could massage bupic bone, of course it worked and now my lower abdomen feels a transverse movement that also activates the sphincter muscles. Total new feeling.
