So yesterday I finally worked in some of the breathing techniques that are listed in the learning center. I ended up feeling this intense "electrical" buzzing/tingling throughout my whole body. Eventually I ended up with strong slow contractions of my abs and arms/legs that got more and more intense. This kept building and building with no release of the tension. After about half an hour my body couldn't take any more of this and I ended up providing some stimulation which ended in a traditional orgasm. I should mention that i did not have an erection through any of this. My question is whether this is normal/whether I'm close to a Super-O or what exactly? Thanks for the thoughts.

Hi Como,
This sounds very similar to my recent experience. My contractions were faster (at least, I wouldn't describe them as "slow") and more localized around my hips and thighs, though at some points they spread out to my arms & legs as well. According to advice I received in response to my question, others have said that it's normal to not have an erection and it may or may not happen (I mostly did not).

@Como By all means, keep up with your technique. But since you have just started with Aneros, please keep your expectations low! In time, your body will tell you what it wants and actually will insure that it gets it! Good luck! PS Erections or not during Aneros sessions are really not that relevant, as you will discover.

@Como considering your 'Join Date' you are new to this (unless you had prostate massage exoerience) and already you show progress a lot of members are wishing for. You are obviously on the right track so keep doing what you have been doing. Good luck and have fun doing it!

I always have an erection during my sessions and recently I've started to dislike that a bit. In the beginning it was great because I found things easier to start ramping up, but only so far. Now that I'm more experienced, I've started thinking of my erections as dirtacting and making it just that much harder to ignore my penis than to focus down on my prostate. So there's my own thoughts on erections during sessions. No idea if others feel the same.
