The peridise is supposed to help with hemorrhoids, right?
How exactly does it do this? I mean does it only help with hemorrhoids if you manage it to move
independently on the inside? Does this mean that it's basically the same as with getting orgasms
from it? Or will the hemorrhoid stuff work for ANYONE who uses it?

If yes, what exactly do I have to do to profit from the hemorrhoid effect?
Do I just have to insert it and that's it or do I have to try to push it in and out and flex my PC muscles?
And does using it with a condom diminish the hemorrhoid effect?
