Is valley breathing the same as belly breathing?
If not, what is the difference?

Hey Bishop,

For me, valley breathing looks just like a valley! if you lay on your back, take a deep breath, but push the breath toward your diaphragm. If you are doing it right, you will have a "hill" in your chest, then a valley as you push toward your diaphragm. Picture an ocean wave, hill, valley, pause, hill, valley pause.

Do this slowly!
