Prostrate awakening improves sex life?

Hoping to get where you are and I am two years away from 70. Had my first dry O this morning and in the gym awhile ago doing curls, my prostate was tingling. Love what I am experiencing so far.

@Greekgeo, you young guys are so impatient. For some it take a long time before the Prostate even acknowledges to presence of an Aneros. Then it can take a long time before it decides to respond. Be patient if you can and let it run at its own pace. Pushing for results usually backfires, frustrates and confuses.

Hah, with 57 being not that long ago in my case I like that reference to us being the "young guys", isvara. Greekgeo, I used the Aneros for about 3 months before I could even identify prostate sensations from it and it was almost 9 months before I had my first super O with it, then another 6 months after that before I could have super O's more or less whenever I wanted. Just do what you're doing, insert it about three times a week or so and deeply relax for 30 minutes to an hour with it in and at intervals gently tug in with your urinary sphincter like you'd be trying to hold back urine flow and to help get feelings started tickle your nipples gently while doing this.
