Prostate Tenderness After Sessions

Does anyone have any good tips for reducing prostate tenderness after sessions? Sometimes I get in a good streak and want to have them every day, but I can't because my prostate feels like it has been punched or the muscles around it "hurt" after a really good session. I try to stop my sessions after 60-90 minutes now. But I'm looking for the secret strategy I haven't tried yet to help me out.

I massage mine some days with a medium butt plug in for 3-4 hours while I'm outside working.

Does anyone have any good tips for reducing prostate tenderness after sessions?Yes, give your prostate TIME to recuperate. While every man will have a different length recovery time due to age, physical and mental conditions, it is a matter of caring to give your body time to heal itself and replenish energy expended in generating pleasurable sensations.Sometimes I get in a good streak and want to have them every day, but I can't because my prostate feels like it has been punched or the muscles around it "hurt" after a really good session. If you allow your ego consciousness to rule this aspect of your whole being you run a risk of having your body parts shut down their response in protest until they have a chance to recuperate. If your body is sending "hurt" signals, it is yelling at you to STOP until it is ready to play again. Listen to what your body is telling you, I know our ego's want to dictate and control nearly every aspect of our lives but the truth is when it comes to bodily functions the ego exerts very little control, so, listen to what your body is telling you.I try to stop my sessions after 60-90 minutes now. But I'm looking for the secret strategy I haven't tried yet to help me out. Exerting some self discipline by time limiting your sessions may help but then you may miss the opportunity for a mind bending marathon Super-O session. Again I suggest you listen to your body, it will tell you when it is ready to have a session and it will tell you when the session has lasted long enough, be it 20 minutes or 200 minutes. Artificial time constraints are just another way your ego is trying to maintain control and dictate the action. There is no secret strategy here, be kind, be gentle, be loving in your self play, your prostate will respond to sweet seduction quicker than it will to siege assaults.
Good Vibes to You !

Well, I wouldn't say I use a hard cap of 60-90 minutes, but if things aren't going anywhere I don't push passed it either. I've done the 4 hour sessions, and they leave me sore for days. I don't think I'd stop a great session midstream, but I stop at a good stopping point and don't push it.

I just want to know how those guys that do this for 8 hours in back to back days manage it. I don't think I could take it.

Remembering back to 2009 it sometimes needed three days of tender, luvin' care for the bruises to heal. No permanent damage. 🙂
Remember, you are making love to yourself. Avoid rape. Prep and lube well. Candles, flowers and Chocolates are optional. ... rook

lol@ rook on the candies and flowers ;)) .
Which device are you using? I never experience soreness unless i accidently fall asleep with prog ice inserted. Sounds like you may have a bigger than usual prostate and need a more gentle massager.

@rook --- Odd place to put flowers and chocolate; but hey, candles seem to fit just fine! @};-

Yeah, who knows. My prostate has always been the tender sort, especially after years of fighting CPPS. I just need a few days to recover. I guess I'm just hypersensitive. It will even get tender from strong a-less sessions.

Like I said, the worst part is that my pleasure receptiveness builds over time. When I use it a little, the next day my prostate is even more ready for action than the first day. So I'd like to be able to string sessions together without ill effects.

But like all things around the prostate, it's sometimes hard to know if the muscles are sore or if it's the prostate itself.

@mdad: Yes I recall the pain-to-pleasure ratio [p:P] changing during that first year. You are going to do well.

When the p-waves started to appear I cease beating myself up with my Helix.

@rook: can you elaborate a bit more on your p:P ratio? How did it change? Worse to better? Did you get muscle fatigue, too?

Can you explain how a butt plug compares to an aneros, is it more gentle on the prostate? Is it worth owning both?

I use a butt plug to loosen things up for pegging play but it does very little for my prostate relative to any of the Aneros models.
