I am starting to get really interesting feelings during my latest sessions, my only concern is the feeling that my prostate is swelling during the session(which feels kinda good), but when I am done I have a hard time peeing.
this swelling eventually returns to normal, but this is not a pleasant feeling when you have to go.
I'm not using any contractions, only what occur naturally
is this the way things work?

forgeman,

You've been using Aneros massagers for several years now so you should be pretty familiar with the normal effects from their use. These massagers do increase blood flow into the prostate and this, combined with arousal, will naturally cause your prostate to swell a bit. Most men who have your level of experience, when reporting about their urination characteristics, report increased flow rates and easier urination effort. You are now reporting some difficulty.

I'm not a doctor, but it seems to me this change in your urinary functioning is something you may wish to discuss with your doctor just to make sure you are not suffering from some mild infection or some other condition. I'd suggest you schedule an appointment to discuss it before the situation worsens, it is better to know and treat it early than go untreated and worry.
Good Vibes to You !

My own experience is similar. Hot orgasmic sessions always yield a 'puffed up' prostate. In addition to that sensation I'll be a bit 'tight' until well into the next day.

When I decide on a second session or plan on a 'split session' the Aneros always assumes a slightly different "neutral" position for that second-half, usually further up the canal. So I find that I don't contract inward to position the toy on that "best spot." Rather I usually have to 'shove' it outward a few millimeters.

Overall this seems to be a change for the better. Four years of massage seems to be paying dividends and for the second time in my journey I'm able to reduce the amount of medication I take for BPH. 🙂

i get this alot of times also. In fact I've had issues peeing after normal sex with my wife since forever, almost like a plumbing issue or blocked pipes. This issue seems to go away maybe an hour or so after sessions for me and then back to normal. I even seem to get this problem with less sessions also. For me its never been a concern, i guess i thought it was sorta normal.
