prostate stuck on "on" mode?

After buckling down and spending 2-3 hours a day for a week I've finally begun to feel like my prostate is "rewired" to feel pleasure. The problem is now, though, that I don't seem to be far down enough to have a "releasing" orgasm, and if I don't finish off with a TO my prostate stays on high alert until i do! I really don't want to finish with ejaculation though as it seems to be dragging me back from reaching that supero. anyone else ever have this problem?

Hi bobby45

Everyday practices can be problematic. Your body needs downtime to adjust and integrate the rewiring. You may find that switching to an every other day rhythm works better and lets your prostate step down without having to ejaculate. This also lets your body, in integrating the rewiring, start giving you the joys of Day-After Effects, the spontaneous orgasmic energies that can lead you forward in an enhanced way to your full orgasmic potential...

all the best

I've been using my Aneros for several months now. I was ready to throw it away after the first month. I just didn't understand how to use it. I read lots of posts and used other users suggestions. I find the best position for me is on my stomach on the floor with a soft thick blanket to lay on. I read a little porn to get aroused, but only half hard. I use a syringe to get about 1 1/2 ounces of lube up inside. I found, for me, I need to go slow and gentle. I move my hips up and down while using my sphincter to slowly and gently move the Aneros across the prostate. It has to be learned. I get worked up and then stop for a minute or two then start over. After about 30 miutes I can't take it anymore and just start flowing with it. I can't stop or control the orgasm any longer and my whole body just rocks the house. If I really concentrate I can ride it for 2-5 minutes before ejaculating. Keep in mind that I only get half hard and there is a table spoon puddle left on the blanket. I use it almost every day. If I have a few uninterrupted hours I will put more pressure on the prostate and Aneros and have one orgasm after the other, without ejaculating. The best during those sessions are the anal sphincter orgasms. This thing is wild once you get your body in tune with the instrument. Happy experimenting.

Yeah I've been there. For most people 2-3 hours a day 7 days a week is too much. You should only go every few or every couple of days generally...though I suppose sometimes I have sessions a few days in a row, skip a couple days then another 2 days or so. But yes, as I recall particularly when I was just getting used to the Aneros and was rewiring that my body would have regular echo orgasms and twitches. And yes, the prostate will be primed for sex as well, and you may feel somewhat full like you need to ejaculate. It may be somewhat full too. I recommend you have a TO occasionally just to relieve your system and refresh. I recommend ejaculating every 3 to 7 days if you are in your 40's / 50's. Younger than that and you can do it more often. Teens and 20's quite frequently and still be ok. However don't do a TO and ejaculate during or finishing an Aneros session if you are working toward a Super O. You could do it just a bit after though if needed to relieve pressure. This is just my opinion from my experience.
