In a few recent sessions, I've encountered something rare (for me), and wanted to know what others experience.
It's a sudden momentary feeling of physical ejaculation, that feels intensely good, but is located only in the area of my prostate (nothing else joins in the action). It spikes for maybe a third of a second, then it's gone. It has a muscular component (which is why I'd call it a spasm) and an ejaculation-pleasure. It's like an internal mini-ejaculation. When it happens I feel like the head of the aneros is being pulled forwards towards my belly, and some muscle I don't control is flexing in that spot.
After it happens, I can get maybe another one or two if I try to "stay there", but they're still very elusive.
Feeling these has me curious... is this what other people were feeling in some of the super-o reports I've read? Is this what people in videos were feeling? Is this what people mean when they describe contractions of the prostate? Or in some cases maybe this is what people consider their "involuntaries".
I could see how if this sensation repeated, got more intense, or cascaded, it might make someone moan (which I've yet to do - but maybe I'm just not the vocal kind?). In the beginning I used to worry about whether I might moan, then spent about 10 years laughing at the idea, but sometimes I catch glimpses of things and my imagination starts thinking "What if..."
I guess I've spent most of my Aneros sessions cultivating an energy-based "calm seas" sort of situation, so intense localized physical stuff is a bit foreign to me (and has always been elusive).
So I'm curious if this sensation is something people can relate to. Is this a prostate contraction? Or if your prostate contractions are different, what do they feel like? Lets get into some details.

I know that feeling and sensation I get that a lot during sessions. I have to actually look down at my penis to see if I came for real. Not a drop came out. I can't believe it when I see no jizz! It feels just like cumming, and my penis pulsates during this orgasm. (My penis pulsates and jumps rhythmically when I have prostate orgasms anyway, but this kind of pulsating feels like I'm rock hard and cumming traditionally.)
To me, its a prostate orgasm it just feels like I got wet, or it feels like semen is exiting through my urethra. Feels like there is "something else in there" as my prostate is being pounded by involuntaries during this kind of orgasm.
Now does this phenomenon occur with my Super Os? Maybe, I don't know. Its for sure a completely unique and different kind of prostate orgasm for sure. Its a "dry, but almost wet" dry orgasm if that makes sense. When I feel this I'm tempted to reach for my glass g-spot wand and milk whatever might be in there out of me. I have in the past and quite a lot of semen/fluid comes out of me.
Involuntaries to me, as they happen to me, are automatic uncontrollable spasms of my anus, both sphincters for sure. Those are what drive prostate orgasms to happen.
Is my prostate contracting? I think it is during orgasm, but I don't know if it is altering the way the toy is moving in and out of me. Too much is happening during orgasm for me to isolate the feelings and sensations. I don't think prostate contractions move the toy in and out of me, maybe it could push the toy out a little bit, but the prostate contraction business is likely tied to anal contractions, so when the anus is contracting, its pulling the toy into me and its contacting my prostate, so I'd never be able to know what is what during those fleeting moments.
And, I moan and make all kinds of sound lol I got comfortable with my wife being loud and when I'm alone I tell myself and my body to cum hard, or "omg I'm cumming so hard" or "fuck yah wow" you name it, I'm saying it out loud. Vocalizing during orgasm, even forced and on purpose, creates bigger more powerful orgasms. It really does. When I'm quiet I certainly don't cum as hard, prostate, penis, whatever. Even just humming while exhaling, or making auditory exhilations can expand orgasm. I know not everyone is in a situation where they can make sound. But humming while breathing out can do a LOT.
