Is anyone on this forum familiar with TRE (trauma release exercises)?I have experimented with TRE and the involuntary shaking that this induced seem very similar to what is described by people who experience super-O’s.When doing the exercises I have also experienced precum leakage,so I think that these exercises might be a way for people to prime their bodies to experience super-O’s with or without using a prostate massager.

Thanks for bringing this up, I'm not familiar with the method but I'm reading on it right now. Always interesting to find new material to experiment with.

I remember something from a tantra book about sexual techniques for dealing with unsolved issues. While this looks completely different I wonder if there's a link and if TRE is similar to other methods. Can you give more details about what you experienced? It's okay if you prefer not to, I'm just curious.

@zentai Well, during TRE I experience involuntary shaking and I sometimes experience a semi-erection.The shaking is very relaxing and definitely pleasurable in a weird/subtle sort of way especially in the pelvic area. After every session I have had so far I have also noticed that I’ve produced pre-cum.

I have also looked at videos of people having super-o’s on the web and of people experiencing TRE tremors and they seem very similar.TRE is supposed to release tension in your psoas muscles and since these muscles are in close proximity to your internal sexual organs I am convinced that there could be some relationship between the two experiences.

TRE shaking is induced by doing a set of exercises (readily available on web) to tire out the large muscles in your core after which you just lie down, breathe deeply and relax which then triggers the tremors. The 2nd part is very similar to what is recommended for experiencing super-o’s.I am thinking that by doing the TRE exercises prior to inserting a prostate massager could aid relaxation and the triggering of involuntary muscle contractions in the pelvic area (including prostate)

Another similarity that I’ve picked up in my reading is that people experienced in TRE develops the ability to shake at random during the day (when required) which sounds very similar to people experiencing aless.

It would be very interesting to hear what people experience by using TRE in conjunction with a prostate massager

PS: The reason that I have not tried this myself  is because I don’t own an aneros prostate massager and I don’t want to stick some random object or cheap sex toy up my ass.My situation is also such that I don’t have time and privacy to experiment with an aneros. It would therefore be great if I could find a way to rewire my brain to experience aless via a different route.

Hey. Thanks for sharing this.
There are many paths to further hands-free pleasure. Though as you might imagine from someone on this forum, I'm biased. An Aneros can be someones 'first stage' of a much longer journey, trying out many different techniques. Maybe TRE is yours 🙂

If TRE is helping you already with it's intended purpose, then be mindful to keep those non-sensual benefits.

I'm hoping you at least have the privacy to continue experimenting with your current release exercises?
If vocalizing your pleasure is something you'd be comfortable with (or could make an excuse for), I think KSMO might help. >wiki link<

If not, some controlled, quieter, self-arousing breathing exercises could be something to explore.
I still use a variant of the one encouraged at the start of the hypnaerosession audio:
1)Breathing in... slowly and deeply... focusing my attention on a part of my body, imagining erotically charged energy flowing into it, tickling it. The feeling is erotic, awake, alive, aware and brimming. Often I will tense that body part (hands, abs, whatever) on the inhale.
2)Breathing out... or, more to the point, relaxing and letting it naturally ease out.  Letting go of both the willful tension from inhalation and that in the rest of my body which I unwittingly brought with me to the session. Mind momentarily free from stress and the issues or the day. The feeling is one of warmth, submission and mild release as this perceived energy dissipates into the surrounding tissue.

PS: While it's fine to keep using the term "aless" if you like (It's certainly used a lot around here), your multi-orgasmic potential is not tied to your butt. Any part of the body you can feel, can have an orgasm, it's just that the more sensitive parts (prostate, nipples, etc) are easier to train, re-wire.
There's plenty of information on this forum that could still be of use to your pursuits.

No one is going to tell you that buttplay is the only way to make progress.
Or that the best way to add fish oil to your diet is by putting an entire live salmon up your jacksie.
But... y'know... just leave your hangups at the door ey!?
