Is it morally wrong to try to stimulate the male prostate? I just wondered if anybody thought of this practice as a sexual perversion.

Thanks,

Gspotter

I'm a practicing, middle of the road Christian, and personally, I don't believe it is morally wrong to stimulate your own prostate. I see it as a form of masturbation, although you don't have to manipulate your penis.

If your wife massages your prostate, that's ok too. If your girlfriend does, thats no worse morally than intercourse, oral sex etc. Personally, I don't get too worked up about pre-marital sex. I even think there is a place for the "lifestyle" provided that you and your spouse play together and provided you only have intercourse with your spouse. A lot better than cheating if you have a high sex drive.

Prostate massage could be considered perverse etc. and not everyone does it, but prostate massage is becoming a "boom" area of late. Gently done, it is pleasurable, and it may be good for your health.

How could it be moraly wrong? Prostate massages also have health benefitts and what is imorral about keeping ones self in good shape or health? Personaly if you have any convictions about giving your self pleasure then don't do it, I on the other hand don't think it's wrong at all to give your self pleasure as long as it is not harming your self. Using the Aneros is not harmful and the benefits from using it are great as well, so enjoy it and try not to feel bad about it.

If it's immoral to stimulate the prostate, then it would also be immoral to scratch your back, massage your shoulders, etc...

It can arouse sexual feelings but then again, so can getting your back scratched or your shoulders rubbed.

Stimulating someone's prostate against their will would, in my book, be very wrong and definitely immoral, like any other kind of violation.

Dear Gspotter:

Your question on morals that you pose could be considered inflammatory.

Moraity should be determined individually. If this is a serious question that you have, you should do some personal soul-searching (and consider changing your forum name) or seek advice elsewhere on morality forums.

We reserve the right to delete comments that could be considered offensive or inflammatory to other forum participants.

I'm sorry to have offended anyone if in fact I did so. I had no intention of being a rabble-rouser. I guess this is just my own personal viewpoint.

No harm done, speak your mind that's what this is all about. Thanks for the question. Just as long as you respect all others points of view it all good. Thanks again.
