Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a progress update and get your feedback on moving past my current plateau.

Background & Stats:

  • Journey Length: ~6 months

  • Abstinence / Edging: Tested everything from 1 to 30 days of abstinence, mostly focusing on edging. In between, I also attempted to trigger a purely hands-free prostate orgasm—even using porn and extreme arousal—but couldn't achieve it (only resulted in a lot of precum).

  • Tools Owned: Trident, Progasm, Peridisi.

  • Progression:

    • Trident (2 Month): Started here. Experienced my very first autonomous twitches and pulsing, but eventually ran into involuntary cramping/muscle tension.

    • Progasm (2 Month): Moved to this next (without inserting it fully). The sensations became more intense and lasted longer, but eventually led to muscle tension again.

    • Peridisi (2 Month): Currently using this exclusively for a purely passive approach.

Current Setup:

  • Position: Flat back, firm surface with a soft overlay. Knees bent and supported by a pillow under the kneepits for a neutral pelvis.

  • Breathwork: Starting with 4-7-8 breathing to activate the parasympathetic state.

Where I’m At:

  • The Pulse: 4-7-8 reliably triggers a strong, heartbeat-like pelvic pulse that I can sustain comfortably for 30 to 60 minutes.

  • The Tool Feeling: At times, the Peridisi feels almost "lost in an empty space." I recognize this as tissue relaxation and expanded awareness rather than a need for a larger tool, so I am staying with the Peridisi.

  • The Transition: I am getting brief, involuntary micro-contractions/twitches at the sphincter, but the experience remains mostly localized in the pelvis.

Current Challenge: When the pelvic pulse naturally fades after 30+ minutes, my main hurdle is resisting the urge to "re-start" it with active breathwork or micro-movements, which pulls my mind back into control.

Question: Based on my stats and where I’m currently stuck, what are your thoughts or general suggestions for my next steps? Any insights on how to approach this phase would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reading!
