I am keeping a kind of public diary, here, as I work out the use of the Aneros, hoping that I'll get advice and also that my explorations and comments may be useful to other men who are exploring how to use this interesting device.
I am convinced now that the Aneros has an effect on me, at least, but I'm still finding it quite difficult to use it pleasurably.
I've solved some of the problems with it: I've figured out a setup which I can use to rinse myself, before use, that has eliminated almost all of the distasteful aspects of cleaning the device after use. (I removed the showerhead from an impromptu shower meant for shampooing in a sink, and find that the hose may be positioned in such a way as to provide a flushing rinse over the commode.)
I've decided that a water-soluble lubricating jelly, used in moderation, is adequate, and works better for me than oily lubricating agents like Albolene. A small amount, applied to the bulbous insertion-arm of the Aneros and then spread over the surface seems to be adequate.
Gentle "poking" and a bit of patience seems to be the best way to get loose enough to introduce the device--I generally don't feel much discomfort with it.
However, the big problem right now is that I find that even when I try to begin, aroused, the business of insertion generally costs me the erection, and then, when my penis begins to erect again, I ejaculate, quite helplessly, almost immediately--and very often before I get completely erect again.
In some ways, this is gratifying, because upon my first use, I wasn't really sure the device was having any effect at all--and I am absolutely certain that the device is what is stimulating me to these ejaculations (they occur without any external stimulation to my penis whatsoever). However, I seem unable to keep my climax at bay.
Are other men recognizing a similar phase they went through early on in learning to utilize the Aneros? How did you overcome this tendency to "jump the gun?"
There's a certain amount of pleasure involved, but of course, it goes by much too quickly, and long before I'm ready, so there's a lack of satisfaction.
I think I can recognize that this is me, fumbling with the Aneros instead of using it well, and that I should be able to learn to get much more satisfying sessions with it.
At any rate, I'd like to hear comments on this particular situation.
