I feel ecstatic; I feel like I've finally seen some progress!

Through my recent sessions with the Aneros I've felt my sphincter clench on the Aneros and it tickles slightly. Consequently, I've been eager to continue spending time with the Aneros.

Today, I did the "do nothing" technique for the first time. As a side note, I've always found it incredibly difficul to live up to my definition of "relaxing" (that is, what I think everybody else means when they say "relax"). As a result, I've always fought the "do nothing" technique and never completely eliminated the idea that I can force a Super-O.

Anyways, I surrendered and just relaxed for 45 mins with the Progasm in. At around 30 mins, I began thinking and literally visualizing posting a thread, "What does "relaxing" mean to you?" As soon as I visualized posting that thread on this forum, I felt the Progasm suck up inside of me. I immediately clenched my sphincter - as if it were a reflex (which I'm sure it is).

I wanted to share that with somebody!

If it was automatic clenching of the sphincter (not voluntary), then yes, this is exactly the direction you want to take. Well done! 🙂
