Progasm vs. Progasm Jr.

Gang,
I've used the Progasm for so long I don't know how long now, I think 10 years at least or maybe 11. I've always been hot and cold with it: I don't like to start with it, I can have dry and super Os with it but that's only if it's like the third or fourth toy I move to in a general session, and the P-tab is sometimes helpful and good or not really great and kind of irritating.

I completely forgot about the Progasm Jr. and just looked into it. The slightly smaller size is intriguing, I kind of feel like it will get me to new places. For owners of both models, do you really feel the difference? And, if you have the Maximus, is the Pro Jr. kind of like that, I know the shapes are different, but size wise, how different are the Pro Jr. and Max??

Thanks for your input and advice!

Hi there @techpump! I have both the progasm black ice and the pro jr black ice. I am similar to you in that I don't/can't start with the full size progasm. It is just to big for me to start with cold. I tend to start w/ the pro jr or one of my dildos to loosen me up and get myself more aroused. Sometimes I don't even switch to the big progasm as the pro jr feels amazing as it is!

Now then...as for your questions...I don't own a maximus so I can't really comment there but personally I find that the pro jr doesn't move nearly as much as the eupho or helix that I have. That doesn't mean it doesn't feel amazing and generate some extremely pleasurable sensations for me. I also find that the k-tab can be a little bit painful at times when I have a really hard contraction...but thats very rare...I'm usually to engrossed in the pleasure to notice. The full size progasm is similar imo in that it doesn't move as much as the smaller models, which seems kind of obvious, but when it does...oh boy it is amazing. I'd say go for it and buy one...I don't think you'll regret it.

I have the Progasm, Maximus and Progasm Jr. (among others)... they're all very different. I've never looked at one of them and thought it was similar to another. The Progasm's bulk combined with its aggressive curves gives it an undeniable presence, the Progasm Junior has the same kind of aggressive shape, but with a presence more in line with the Maximus. With the lack of bulk comes mobility/agility... I find the responsiveness of the Progasm a little sluggish because it's a tight fit in there. The Progasm Junior might be a little too pokey... where the Maximus is more balanced... but sometimes you want to be poked.

In purely practical terms, I find more often than not the Progasm (and Progasm Junior to a lesser extent) manages to "hit dirt" and bring back some souvenirs from its journey. With the Maximus being the cleanest of the three. All are worth owning IMO.

I prefer the Progasm Jr. The Progasm's relative lack of mobility has always been a problem for me.

I'd agree with Maximus on this one. While the Progasm provided an intense experience in short bursts, after a half hour or so it invariably started to feel like a brick jammed in my backside, and I'd switch up to a more mobile model. I always felt the Jr had a much more alive and comfortable personality, and completely replaced the original Pro in my sessions.

(I'm speaking in the past tense because I've kind of moved on to the Syn and Trident series, and haven't used either Progasm for a couple years or more. I'd go back to the Jr some time, though.)

Thanks everyone for the advice and info! The Maximus and especially Max-Trident are my favorite toys ever!! They bring me to the highest of Os. I need that amount of size but they are small enough to still have lots of mobility and when I relax it doesn't feel like I'm overly full.

I think I'll be getting the Pro Jr. very soon based on the reports here! 🙂
