I am glad you that @braveneworld has gotten you thinking about getting a Progasm. All I can say is that the Progasm is awesome!


I heard about the Aneros from several buddies on BateWorld in early October 2011, a masturbation website for men. Then I discovered some hot videos of guys using the Progasm on Xtube. Redbeard2000, the handle of a guy in the UK, has three videos of himself using a Progasm Classic. So when I ordered my first Aneros models in December 2011, the Progasm Classic was among them. However the length and girth of both Progasm Classic and ICE is HUGE. The heft of Progasm Classic is awesome! So I didn't use the Progasm for months because it looked and felt so intimidating in my hand.


My advice to you is go slowly with the Progasm. As for myself, I began with the Helix Syn and then moved on to the Maximus before using both the Progasm Ice and Progasm Classic last September. It took me several weeks before I could accommodate both the girth and length of both models. And then it took me at most two months before I could begin to use both models with confidence and verve. Now both the Progasm Ice and Progasm Classic along with the Maximus come up to bat in all my Aneros sessions! I just love these three big bruisers and how they love me up!


Many guys like the sleek, smooth ride of the Progasm Ice. I agree. The Progasm Ice when I inserted him the first time on a Friday morning early last September sent paroxysms of pleasure through my anal canal. He introduced me to his older brother, big, bruiser Progasm Classic which offers rugged traction to more advanced, experienced Aneros users. The Progasm Classic, I have discovered, has developed my anal musculature while giving my prostate a good, rugged workout!


Another thing is that both models of the Progasm work well with the Kegel Exercises. In fact, the Kegels and Progasm were made for each other.


I cannot give you a comparison between the Progasm and his really younger and smaller brother, Progasm Jr. But see @artform's Aneros blog on his experience with the Progasm Jr. I really need to get Progasm Jr for my collection!

@BigGlansDC I have used the Syn and The PS-New (High Island Health) Like the PS best. perhaps the Maximus would be my next best step. Only been at this a month. But am getting some really good results.

High Island Health's PS-New looks like a MGX to me. Both models have a ribbed lower stem which is supposed to exercise well the lower anal canal.

I believe that the Maximus has the length, but not the girth of the Progasm and so it might be a good model to acquire so as to prepare or introduce you for the Progasm Ice or Progasm Classic. It took me about a month before I could accommodate myself to the Maximus's length. Initially I had problems with it slipping out through involuntary anal peristalysis. But my ongoing Kegel Exercises cleared up that problem after several weeks of perseverance.

Yes, I have seen your many posts on our forum and your many thought provoking questions. I believe you are well on your way to Aneros Realization! 🙂

@BigGlansDC The Syn does not hit me in the right spot. The PS-New does pretty good I think My P-spot is farther up that some. The Maxiumus sounds like my next step!!!

I am curious. What do you mean by your P-spot? Is that your perineum or your prostate?

Thank you for your clarification, @xtimedt69. It doesn't matter to me. Generally when speaking about parts of our intimate, male anatomy, I like to write such names out in full. Yes, for sure, how each Aneros model interacts differently with the prostate in each man.

The Helix Syn with its soft velvet touch silicone overlay is so subtle when it interacts with my prostate. It may be a model that I may want to go to sleep with. The Helix Classic is more aggressive in its stimulation of my prostate. But what I like about the Maximus is its length as it curves or "hooks" around the entire length of my prostate. And nothing can compare with the sheer girth of the Progasm as it delivers a full-bodied and rugged massage to my prostate!

@BigGlansDC I don't understand how the Progasm can to it's working being son big how does it move around? Aneros explains that the massagers work by "floating" in kind of a layer of lube allowing them to move?

i learned on the progasm. it is big, but anyone can get it in there with enough pateince. The key is not to force it by any means. Even though it is big, it still has room to move, your anus and pc muscles will get it moving, though it might take a little time for them to get used to it. My two favorites are the progasm and helix, both give me what I am seeking 😀 I think any massager will work, but some feel like magic compared to others, for example the eupho always felt good, but never produced much, even though many people say good things about it.

@xtimedt69 You dont need to understand how it works my apprentice. Just trust in the force your ass will do the rest! =)) For the record I have not been pushing Xtimedt69 into the progasm. He his doing that himself. In fact I have been complaining how it has busted my butt. (upset my dormant roid)

@braveneworld while I don't partake myself, I have a friend who will argue at some lenght that not all grass is the same, while I have no personal experience, his passion is contagious as we all know it can be. 🙂

@xtimedt69 - The Progasm classic was the first model for me that really started to really give me prostate sensations, after having previously bought the Helix and MGX in the order. It also became the only model that exclusively gave me any consistently good and pleasurable sensations for a few years. At this point in my Aneros journey, what I find, is that the Progasm is great when I haven't been able to do any sessions in a while and my prostate is no longer awake. So I use it for several sessions until it stops being amazing feeling. And then the smaller models seem to kick in at that point and be the better choice.

It does move around just fine. My experience has been that the larger girth causes me to have to relax all that much more than the smaller models to get involuntary anal contractions going. Which can be a good thing, as relaxation is the key with this thing we do. And because of the girth and how the prostate is cradled in the nook of the Progasm, when my prostate swells in arousal it feels rather amazing! Just remember that you'll need to use a bit more lube on the Progasm and in your rectum due to it's size. And you may potentially have to do a rectal rinse before hand if any fecal matter gets in the way due to it's size.

Love_is I think I will try the Maximus first. But given my path and my nature I imagine the Progasm is in my future!!! :">

I got up about 45 minutes ago, bathed, and shaved as is my custom. I also have set up for my Aneros session right after my morning constitutional and breakfast. I have washed every member of my Aneros Team. They are set out in array awaiting my use. They look so HOT in such an arrangement 🙂

I have also sexualized and romanticized each one of my Aneros buddies, especially my three Progasm models and the Maximus.

@xtimedt69 - That's great! I hope that model works very well for you. I know from posts I've read about it, a lot guys think it is severely underrated, and a great model. It just doesn't get talked about much.

You're going to LOVE the Maximus once you get used to its length, but it will prepare you for the Progasm Ice once you get that model.

I had a great session this morning with all my models on my Aneros Team. But this morning, I spent some quality some with the Maximus as it delivered long and slow autof**k strokes. It felt so really deliciously good! The Progasm Black Ice, Progasm Ice, and Progasm Classic as always in the autof**k department 🙂 My prostate and anal musculature were well worked this morning. I hope to give an an extensive blog entry on all this.

@BigGlansDC @braveneworld got the Maximus! I had not trouble getting it in. The sensation was rather nice, but I think my Prostate took the day off. She just wasn't wanting to play. It was going great, then I took Tuesday off, must have PISSED her off, cause she has been really quiet and giving me the cold shoulder. Even after I went shopping for her a new playmate. Oh well.....

@BigGlansDC @braveneworld Well, I had some time this afternoon ... I decided to go back and try the PS-New, with Maximus in the wings. Well, this was the first time I can say that I actually had involuntaries. When I would get that super contraction I would start the "Echo" mini contractions right behind it. About 15 minutes in, I starting feeling subtle movement while I wasn't doing anything then I felt it just moving on it's own. It would do that for a bit then I would get the super contraction, do the "Echo" thing and afet a few seconds it would slowly start on it's own again. I also felt a little prostate flutter thing going on that only last a very short time. It did that for about 40 minutes and then it stopped. I had to pee, so I did and then put in Maximus. The involuntaries started again, it was really pronounced because of the size, but when it contracted it didn't have the same "Good" feeling as the PS-NEW. Perhaps it is just getting used to it.
I was getting short on time and that could have contributed to the lack of success with Maximus. I plan another try with it this weekend.
I am making progress, I think those SUPER CONTRACTIONS while they feel good, hamper the process, but they come on automatically and most of the time without warning, although sometimes preceded by a shiver through my whole body.

@xtimedt69 Your coming along nicely. Dont sweat the super contractions, they wont bother you once the involuntary twitch kicks in and just stays there.Once the involuntary twitching is ingrained you will be in seventh heaven.What ever other contractions happen it goes back to the twitch so it all just compounds the pleasure.


Anticipation...... Is most likely the cause of your sleepy prostate, It always does the opposite of what you want.
Once you settle in you may find you get all Maxed out. Pun intended!

@BigGlansDC I tried an extended session with the Maximus yesterday. Right now I get more out of the PS-NEW. As I related to my buddy @braveneworld I get more movement from the PS-New. But .... toward the end of my session I got an interesting sensation. I was relaxed and the Maximus would slide out slightly (not like it was falling out but to the neutral position) then my PC's would draw it back in. It felt pretty good. Later I was reading on the forum and it was similar to the Auto-F^&KING described.
I think perhaps I need a bit more patience and maybe some Silicone lube.
I know I am progressing well and I know I AM SOOOOO CLOSE!

Hi @xtimedt68, it is true that the smaller models of the Aneros have greater mobility. This is certainly true with the Helix Classic, Syn, and MGX (PS-NEW) models. And yes, every man's Aneros experience is unique. But just let the Maximus grow on you. You will be amazed what pleasure it will deliver to you in time. I know! And soon, you will discover the same for Progasm Ice once you get that model as well.
