Ok, I new here. So I'm 22 years old yes 22, and i have the Progasm ICE. I have had it for about a year so far, but use it off and one due to me being extremely busy. Recently i have been trying to use it about 2 times a week. I have been going at it for a solid month now at twice a week. Below i am going to list everything so far that has happened, or what i do.
Time: around 1-1:30 hours per session
Lube: Astroglide Gel
Aneros: Programs ICE (Clear)
Position: Laying on Stomach
Recently, i have been getting a lot of pre-cum, go semi soft during sessions. I can feel it massaging my p-spot and i don't know if they are mini orgams or not so please help me out this is what is happening:

About 30 mins in, i am really starting to feel its massaging my prostate
about 35 mins in, legs shake ever so slightly, some involuntary contractions, more pre-cum, great feelings
about 40 mins, everything stops,
about 75 mins, everything from mins 30-35 at a more intense rate, toes curl, more shaking, feels like im getting rammed in the butt, and a wet orgasm.
Tomorrow, I am starting to work out for the first time, so after my workout, i am going to go for a session with it!
After the 75mins, i can not have anything reoccur, what is going one? Does anyone know and how can i help progress my sessions

@Monstermash256 I too have the Progasm Ice and love it. However I started out with a smaller Aneros, Helix Syn. It sounds to me like you are making some progress. But to be honest one month is not a very long time for your body to adjust to this new stimulation. All I can advise is to stick with it and keep your sessions regular. Why not try 3 shorter sessions, say 30 minutes or so and just enjoy whatever comes along, without having expectations. Also, and this is just my personal feeling, I could not imagine lying face down for a session. Too much temptation to start humping the mattress, and the general distraction of something touching my penis. Try some other positions, lying on your back, on your side. Just experiment a bit.

I've got a black ice and love it. It's big, direct, forceful, and gets the job done.
You may consider getting something like a Helix Trident and giving it a shot. The size of the Progasm may just be too distracting.

@Harper I have trying laying on my back, I don't get much feelings from it, as soon i lay facedown, i can feel instant, direct contact on my prostate. And that is what feels the best. And laying on my side is the say as laying on my back nothing!
@Monstermash256 Well hey, if that works for you just go for it! Maybe in time as you become more “tuned in” so to speak, you may be able to find pleasure in other positions. Main thing is to have fun and enjoy it, any way you can. Keep us posted as you progress, always nice to read of others experiences. I forgot to add that, as a rule I find after I have done some vigorous exercise I am more than ready for a session and they tend to be good ones. I’m no expert but I think exercise might raise testosterone levels.
