Preventing the Aneros from turning/spinning

Quite often, the Aneros rotates inside of me so that the p-tab is not on the raised ridge of my groin, but more towards the cranny between that ridge and one of my legs. This seems to reduce the pleasure of the massage. Any ideas on fixing?
