When lying on your side and using the Aneros, is it better to have your butt pulled back, as if getting ready to thrust into something, neutral, not back or forward, or forward, as if in mid thrust. I wanted to get the consensus. Thanks in advance 🙂

Hey @Spanishguy69,

standard answer nr. 1: whatever feels best to you - just follow your instincts.

Pro Tip: try moving your hips in a slow, snake like motion - like thrusting or getting thrusted by so. you are spooning with. This stimulates your spine & sacrum and can be a real booster. Be silly, overact, fake it until you feel it.

Cheers, Unfug

@Spanishguy69, if you want to know more about "The Power of Silliness" this, too, is the title of a chapter in "Urban Tantra" by Barbara Carrellas, @Unfug's citation's source. I would call it an appeal to discover the benefits of moving and dancing silly like a child. It gave me great pleasure and helped me to take a big step forward on my journey. Move your body as silly as possible, then more and more let your body move you until you become the move. Have fun!

Wow, this is so true. The more you overthink it, the weaker your results will be. Don't be afraid to flop around or thrust your pelvis like a rabbit trying to repopulate the earth. Fake it till you make it, and if it feels good, keep doing it. The more you do that thing, the more likely you'll be to remember what you did to get there for future sessions. I'm still learning, and I think I'm on the verge of something great, but the best thing I can say is: Focus on the feeling around the center of your waist area that feels like the tickle you get when you're about to sneeze

Oh I really like that @Unfug "fake it untill you feel it." Thats such a wonderful way to simply say a hard to grasp concept. Nice one!
