I have found I have the best sessions after having a plain water enema using a bulb type syringe, I highly recommend this. Has anyone else found this to be the case?

I do this of course to clean everything, but I do notice it helps sensations a little bit more. Maybe it's more aneros movement.

A bulb type is what I always use prior to a session and normally plain warm water. It’s quick and does a good job! After the cleanse I lube up and enjoy the pleasure with my HelixSyn Trident or EuphoSyn Trident!
