Hi there,
Great site.
I just brought the Aneros and try it twice with no feeling but pain in the perineum acupressure point,(the area between the anus and the balls).
When I pulse my anus the Aneros dig in the the perineum and it hurt.
Am I put the Aneros in the wrong place.
How do I know if the Aneros is massaging my prostate, I don't know if it is working.
When I contract my anus my penis lose it erection, is this normal.
Any help will be helpful.
Thank you
Newbie.

Some individuals have reported discomfort from the perineal abutment tab (the part of the Aneros that looks like the end of a hockey stick. Check out PAGE 5 (see buttons on the bottom of this page) of the forum. Once you are there look for a thread entitled PERINEUM PADDING AND POSITIONING authored by TBone. This thread covers some methods of making the abutment tab more comfortable.
After you check that out be sure to read through BEE LINE. You will find answers to many of your questions there.
Hope this helps

stupid questions, how do u squeeze the anus?
it seem that when I squeeze my ass the pc muscle get squeeze too, is that normal.
I have try teh Aneros the fourth time yesterday and still did not feel anything in the prostate. maybe I have to research were my prostate is.
Yesterday, I stick my finger up my anus to feel where the prostate is, but my finger only found a spot that feel like my tongue, is that the prostate
or do I have to go further.
Keep up the good work on this forum.
