I have no idea if the Peridise would be a winner for those that have not already reached the level of a Super O or not. Time will tell, I guess. From my perspective, having been Super Orgasmic for quite some time, this was an unbelievable trip. To say it is small is an understatement. I think we have all learned that bigger is not necessarily better. I started out with a 20 minute KSMO session then jumped right in with the Peridise. They actually say that you should work up to the smallest version. Go figure! So I started with the larger of the two. I was reminded of the Eupho almost right away. I had myself going within minutes. I knew it was going to be different, and it was.
What I experienced liking almost right away was that there was no P-tab on it. To be honest with you, I am not real sure that those P-tabs are that beneficial to me in my experience. It allowed me to poke and prod down there with no interference. It was nice. It is definately an anal toy and not so much a prostate one. Once things get going though, all of the players are represented. I thought that it was pretty amazing how good it felt. And you can imagine, at that size, when things got going it was able to move around better than any model to date. Great job with the design!
My major disappointment with this first experience was that I had an appointment that I had to keep so my session lasted about 2 hours 45 minutes. I do believe that is a record for me. I have been making some pretty significant strides lately and this session only cemented that and kicked it up a notch. What was also a good thing to remember was that it had only been a couple of days since my last session and the results were as good as they were.
What a day!
for those of you who have seen my posts over the years, i feel like Wile E. Coyote, always trying to find a new trick to outsmart the Road Runner. i'm always exploring some new approach to orgasms, and, as a consequence, i am always making new suggestions of things to try and products to buy.
so i feel some hesitancy about this post. the problem is that i do feel that the peridise, for me, is almost definitely going to prove to be the best Aneros product.
again, for those of you who know my posts, i have never been an aneros user who has experienced a perfect fit. i have had some incredible rides with the aneros. but mostly the aneros has been a device which helped me develop my aneros-less skills which i have even better results with. i suspect this is just a matter of anatomy. for one thing, i have a funny pelvic floor which is subject to pain issues, so the aneros is more likely than aneros-less to introduce distracting pain. for another, i'm one of those guys who doesn't seem to get direct g-spot stimulation from the aneros.
well, the peridise hits me just right! its slender and small size reduces pain issues, and gives my pelvic muscles all the more ability to move it aggressively.
my first run with the peridise gave me among my best aneros experiences ever.
the two spots that came alive with pleasure were my prostate directly (very unusual for me) and my anus. wow! i also felt wonderful peripheral spots in my canal, as well as through my buttocks.
i had many strong orgasms, and, in the end, on my belly, went into a grinding fuck frenzy which culminated in a big-assed ejaculation.
as far as recommendations:
- for the collector, you *definitely* want a peridise
- if you want to try a new aneros experience, you *definitely* want a peridise
- if you have a model and are trying to decide on which second model to get, you should *definitely consider* the peridise
- now the hard one: what about a first time purchaser? at this point, we don't have enough info. but, i think there is a *good chance* that the peridise will prove to be an excellent place to start. i very much hope we hear from guys who have gone that route.
one of the great advantages of the peridise as an introductory model is that it is small and slender enough that it doesn't look at all like a penis, which may give it much broader appeal. i could easily see regular joe's being persuaded to put one of these little guys in their butt well before a full aneros (not to mention the progasm).
in sum, i second buster's assessment, that the Peridise is an absolute winner.
i should add that i played with two of the four sizes, the largest, and the second smallest. i can't really make a distinction at this point, but i suspect that, for me, smaller is better.

When I first saw the news of this model and read about it I was a bit skeptical of it's effectiveness due to the lack of a P-Tab. I wanted to wait and see a few reviews from some people here that I trust. Partly because of this, I decided on my next purchase being the eupho and maximus.
Well, I am really impressed at the reviews you are giving this model, and some of the things people are saying almost makes me want to go purchase one right now. Unfortunately I promised myself I wouldn't spend any more money on any of this for a few more months after my recent purchase. So, you won't be seeing a review from me until the fall perhaps.
Let me ask, how does the lack of P-Tab not affect it's performance? For me success with pretty much every model I've tried thus far seems to depend on where I've placed the P-Tab. Like for example, with the progasm in particular I have developed a way of placing it that I found entirely by trial and error over many hit and miss sessions -- it's not even a very obvious way and involves rotating it slightly off center (I could post about this placement in more detail if someone with a progasm wants to experiment with it). The placement doesn't matter as much with other models, but it still does matter. When I read about a model without a P-Tab I just can't help but wonder how that works.
I must say that if it works as well as you guys are saying, then I can't wait to try it. What looks especially impressive is that I could sit up with it even easier than with my handle-less MGX. The few orgasms I have got while sitting in a chair with that model have been especially nice.
Let me ask, how does the lack of P-Tab not affect it's performance?
With the Aneros prostate massagers the p-tab provides an anchor point, in order for the bulb to rock against and massage the prostate. The Peridise is an anal pc toy, and there is more of a push-pull action - your body pushes it out, and then pulls it back in, etc., so there is no need for an anchor point.
second session w/ peridise.
oh wow! ok, for me, there is no doubt, the peridise is perfect. it definitely works for me much better than the other aneros models.
unbelievable how it took over my butt, and made it feel Soooooo Goooooood. this baby really nails my g-spot!
in my previous post there was one constituency that i left out:
- for those who are *frustrated* by their regular aneros, and are willing to throw some more cash at it, i *highly* recommend the peridise.
the two positions i used were:
- on my side, legs bent. highly effective w/ the peridise
- flat on back. luscious after the side position had gotten me cranking
when on my side, things really accelerated when i reached back w/ my top hand and used my fingers and thumb to open spread myself. overdrive!
i used the two models that come in the beginner pack. i started w/ the smaller one. it felt great. then i swapped up to the bigger one. woooaaaahhhhh. that's all i can say. (according to the company, that is backwards, but, hey, it worked for me. maybe, somehow, my rectum isn't toned enough yet to get the smaller guy to works it total magic)
i absolutely love the peridise and cannot wait to use it again.

oh wow! ok, for me, there is no doubt, the peridise is perfect. it definitely works for me much better than the other aneros models.
I'm seconding this motion. I've been staying away from Aneros models for several months due to some complications and pain, but I couldn't resist giving the peridise a try, especially because of the lack of p-tab which has been one of the causes of pain for me.
I bought the advanced combo, I really didn't care to try the big model that came in the beginner pack, because I'm thinking that the smaller the device, the less chance of pain, which seems to be true in my case this time. I literally laughed when I realized how small they were, thinking perhaps I made a mistake not getting the biggest model, but I was wrong in that assumption.
The peridise works so subtly, without being anchored down with the p-tab, it just floated around almost like it was nothing, it is just so gentile. The pleasure I felt wasn't because of pressure of a large object inside of me, but rather it felt like it was being generated from nothingness. I have be so out of practice since I started taking my break, but I've tried using my helix a couple times and couldn't get into the flow of things, but with the peridise I was back in the drivers seat so to speak. There was no effort on my part beyond minimal directing of the peridise with some weak muscle movements, but despite this I was writhing in pleasure. I can only imagine what it would of been like if I was at the top of my game again. Best of all, I experienced zero pain!
It was interesting to experience true involuntarys, I've had them a couple times in the past, but this was the first they seemed to happen without any coaxing. It seemed just trying to hold the peridise in one spot would cause a shivering effect, also it seemed that if you were in a position where gravity would effect it, your muscles would twitch while trying to keep it inside.
As for positions, it seemed the best one for me so far was laying with my chest and stomach on my bed with my legs on the ground. This seemed to cause gravity to have an effect upon the peridise, not only making me work to keep it in slight, but it also caused the end to rest on my prostate.
I mainly used the larger model of the pack, but I switched in the smaller one too. For now the larger one seems to have the best results, but the smaller one was quite nice. Perhaps when I have better muscle control, then it'll work better.
Hey Ashlen,
Glad to see you back. I am happy that you have found some comfort in the new models and hope that this will accelerate your sessions into the stratosphere.
I really think that this new Peridise is going to prove to be a winner with many. I have only had time to have one other session that did not have AS GOOD of results as the first one. There were many factors at play so I think it was another one of my "dud" sessions that I have had all along in my journey especially right after I have had a nice breakthrough. Nice to know that some things never change!
Darwin, you went from small to big and it worked. I did just the opposite. The two of them seem so similar in size that it is hard to see that there would be a lot of difference. We shall see.
More later.
I tried posting this in the announcement sticky above and I have looked around but I would still like an answer. Can anyone help?

Peristaltic response?
I checked the Wiki and didn't see it. It doesn't appear that this one will be stimulating the prostate (particularly with women) so how does it work? I see that Mayfield and Darwin are on the testimonial list so I'm hoping we have some early users that can help me understand the physiology.
In short, how's this work?
In sex, a peristaltic reaction is a series of involuntary (yet pleasurable) muscle contractions that sweep through body. The smooth muscle contractions are peristaltic contractions that occur during orgasm. I believe that the Peridise instructions refer to them as "periditic" but I checked with a friend who is a health care professional and she said it was s peristaltic reaction.
1. Relax your PC-sphincter muscles. The PC-sphincter muscles are the muscles used to stop the flow of urine.
2. Slowly insert the Peridise up to only its neck. Do not use force; allow it to glide in gently. *The purpose of this is to fit the first part of the Peridise into the intermuscular groove of the anal canal, which is located between the internal and external sphincter. Both the intermuscular groove and the adjacent area (a common site of exterior hemorrhoids), are rich in (pudendal) nerve endings.
3. With a moderately strong contraction, gradually tighten the PC-sphincter muscles and your body will naturally pull the Peridise deeper inside the anal canal. In instances of a weaker PC-sphincter, it may be necessary to lightly support the base/foot of the Peridise with your finger.
4. Relax and remain still for a roughly 5 to 10 minutes, allowing your body to accommodate the presence of the Peridise. Focus on relaxing your entire body and releasing any tension that may be held in the anal region. Deep breathing and a tranquil setting are recommended. You may start to feel tingling or moving sensations inside the anal canal. You may even notice that the Peridise moves by itself. This is desirable.
5. Begin contractions of your PC-sphincter muscles again, experimenting with different strengths, durations and eventually different body positions. During this process, the anal canal and the rectum will begin to contract, creating a “push-pull” effect with the Peridise alternately being pushed out then drawn deeper into the anal canal. These exercises continuously place the device in an unstable position, instigating Peristaltic motions inside the anal canal and generating blood circulation and warmth to the region.
6. When the Peridise stops its movement or when the pleasurable sensation diminishes, contract your PC-sphincter to draw the Peridise forward or add rectal pressure to push the Peridise outward, returning it to an unstable position inside the anal canal. Steps 5 and 6 can be repeated as desired.
First time posting on the Aneros forum, but I've been lurking for a while. I'm so impressed with the community spirit here and the free and non-judgmental flow of ideas. Love you guys =)
I just wanted to say hello and that I just ordered the full set of peridise models which should be here in a few days. So excited =)
I've been using the helix for months, but to be honest I haven't had the discipline necessary to get very far with it. Don't get me wrong, it's an AMAZING enhancement to masturbation (ejaculatory orgasms with it are intense to say the least), but so far I've been too impatient to develop my skills on the path towards the big O.
Anyway, peace and love to you all!
ridge-
definitely looking forward to hear about your experiences. everybody is different, so it will be interesting how you respond to it.
i had an amazing peridise session the other night. by far the most active internal motion and direct prostate and anus stimulation i've ever had w/ any aneros. it felt awesome.
in the end, the peridise took off on its own, and i had a massive unintended hands free ejaculation. i still feel "satisfied" 48 hours later (very unusual for me).
as with the last time, i started smaller and went then went to the biggest one. it felt incredible to have that thing in me again. i have never felt such direct and absolute pleasure at having an aneros inside me before.
the positions i used were on my side and then on my back with legs resting at at a 90 degree angle.
both positions were incredible, but, the second one just blew my stack, literally. i was wearing my boxers throughout, so it is possible that the little bit of penis rubbing from the underwear, while on my back, contributed to the ejaculatory response. but, equally possible is that it was just the peridise alone, and that it will happen again w/o the boxers. i am hoping this doesn't deprive me of ongoing orgasms! we'll see...

i think the idea is that the peridise stimulates your rectum to have involuntary contractions (peristalsis), as opposed to the other models, which stimulate your anal sphincter to have involuntary contractions. just surmising.
the rectum is a bigger muscle, so...
i should add that it seems like the intention of the peridise, in its alternate role as peristal, aid for anal health issues (see www.highisland.com), is that it induces a very active rectal workout (as described in my post to this thread just above this one). i think i feel like my rectum has needed a couple of days of healthy muscular recovery? This would be consistent with the idea that the peristal is a serious graduated program of muscular workout, from largest to smallest model.

Has anyone else tried the peridise? I would like to hear more whether good, bad, or ugly.
After reading the post here I am curious about trying one. I definitely like the involuntary muscle contractions that I get from my helix. I have only used the helix and nothing else since about last July and have achieved the super-O. I would like to find something that would encourage more of the involuntary contractions. They feel so awesome!
What would be the recommendation on those that have tried it? The beginner set or the advanced? What is really the difference?
All comments appreciated.
ffd71-
there are 4 peridise sizes. they are all the same length, and vary in thickness.
here is a picture: http://www.highisland.com/detail.php?productid=19
the beginner set has the first and third biggest, while the advanced set has the second biggest and the smallest.
i am glad i have the beginner set, as i love love love the biggest one.
but, this may vary with anatomy.
darwin
Hey ffd71,
I have the advanced set and I can't honestly tell you which one of the two that are included in that set that I like best. I thought initially that it was the bigger one, but now I am not so sure. A high quality problem, I can tell you. I can't recommend them enough. I don't know if I have seen a review of the Peridise from a new user who is a guy.
Good luck in your quest.
Just placed my order for the advanced set, and can't wait to give them a go! It's gonna be a long few weeks.
This company has changed my life, and I'm forever grateful! 😀
Well, I broke down and ordered the beginner set. It arrived this past Friday and I tried it out. I inserted coconut oil in the rectum and then coated the smallest peridise first. The involuntaries started almost immediately. After a while I inserted the bigger one and man what a feeling! The involuntaries where moving so much that precum was ozzing out the end of my penis like never before. I have used the helix for a long time and have not had precum like that. I would say that the peridise is a winner!
First off, thanks to the Aneros team for fast turn around time on their shipping. Received my Peridise only two days after ordering, very nice. And now three words:
Oh. My. God!
I have been working with the Helix for 6 months now with ever increasingly pleasurable results. So I took the plunge and got the whole Peridise set. I got everything prepped up for a new session the other night; chilled up some coconut oil for internal lubrication, warmed up all of the aneros', put on some porn and relaxed in a short bath.
Retiring to the bed I started off with the Helix. Everything got going in about 10 minutes or so and I had a great ride. No super-O but lots of great little ones; kept this going for about 25 minutes...a good warm up. I then lubed up the largest of the peridise models, put it in just so the bulb entered my anus, then used my muscles to pull it all the way in.
Holy cow! What a different and wonderful feeling. I read it in the forum before, but I agree now that not having a p-tab makes for a fantastic ride. Also I remember another thread about warming up with one model and going to a smaller one. I think this definitely increased the intensity of my experience. I didn't take more than three minutes or so before the peridise produced a full body wave of pleasure that sent a rippling shiver from my rear up my back and out my arms and head. I think its smaller size produced more dancing on the prostate area for me as I really started leaking a lot of pre-cum out at this point.
After some unknown time I switched to a mid-sized peridise and finally to the smallest. It just kept getting better; I needed to use the muscles more to get things going, but wow! Much more movement and enjoyment. I was so overly worked up and moaning continuously that I ended up going back to the Helix. Whoa! I was immediately clenching it hard and after some time I had a small wet super-O where I leaked out cum as opposed to pre-cum. I think the total time was around 2.5 to 3 hours. I hadn't had a full ejaculation in a week as I'd been practicing against that, but I couldn't wait any longer. I hopped into the shower and directed the adjustable shower stream onto my raging hard-on. I moaned and screamed as I could only hold on for about 4 minutes before shooting a fountain that reached over my head.
I look forward to the next session tonight or tomorrow and wholeheartedly recommend the Peridise to add to your pleasuring arsenal. Congratulations on another well designed product!
I have to agree! The Peridise is an absolute winner!
In my previous subject "Progasm - Size matters - New model" I was looking forward to a new model that had been mentioned at that time.
The Peridise is actually almost identical to something I had made for myself almost two decades ago. In fact I still have it. See: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1347847/ (Photo Note: My old device is on top, My new Peridise on the bottom.)
The difference is that, back then, I had no concept of "waking up" the prostate or what a Super Orgasm is. My toy was nice but I never knew what to actually DO with it! If I did; I would have added another ball to stimulate the prostate. }:>
Now, after the use of other Aneros devices to actually wake up the prostate, I must reiterate that, for the most subtle, sublime, deep toe curling sensational erotic experiences; SIZE DOES MATTER!
With a newly awakened prostate, good anal muscle tone, and muscle control, it's STILL my experience that smaller is definitely BETTER!
I had bought the complete set but rapidly graduated down to the smallest size which I have now been able to use all day with ever increasing muscle tone and mild pleasure that keeps a smile on my face wherever I go, whatever I do. 🙂
Sure would LOVE to see a tiny version of the Progasm, or a peridise with tabs. Or maybe an add-on attachment to install tabs on the Peridise.
Scorch.
