let's face it, this site is one of the world's main resources on the topic.

I think the solution is very simple. I just went the homepage, right-clicked to view source and looked at the META tags. Just add the phrase "male multiple orgasm" to the list of keywords. Then just give the search engines time to crawl by, perhaps a week or two.
