I am new to using the aneros and have been experimenting for a few months now. I've only been trying for about 30 minutes at a time before I give up. I either get tired or run out of time. So my question is how much time should I allow for each session? What is the minimum amount of time it takes to reach a super-O? What is the average length of time it takes to reach a super-O for you?

pantygag,

Welcome to the Forum,

You might want to check out the following Polls to see what your fellow users have reported - http://aneros.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2526

You will do yourself a big favor by doing extensive reading, perhaps by starting with the “Overview” at http://www.aneros.com/description.php , after you finish reading the above mentioned sections, I suggest you then read "Aneros Basics", "Getting Started" & "The Super-O" sections of the Aneros WIKI, see ( http://wiki.malegspot.com/index.php?title=Main_Page ), there is a wealth of essential information contained within the WIKI, which will save you a great deal of time and frustration during your learning process, plus it will answer a good many questions you have yet to formulate.
