"Wear all day"???  Why would anyone want to wear a device all day?  When doing so, what is there for the prostate to look forward to?  My prostate and entire canal would probably be fully numb after a few hours and the practice would become redundant.   On occasion, I wore Aneros massagers to do chores or even go for errands but it needed to come out after a while.

To each his own I guess.

If you want something to wear all day, safe, comfortable, and stimulating I HIGHLY recommend looking into "B-Vibe" butt plugs.

In my opinion, they're the perfect plug. Long thin (1 cm) neck is VERY comfortable. Perfect shape is easy to insert. It's got a "T" on the end which is small enough for all day wear but big enough that it is not going to go in too deep.
