People that use contractions in sessions....

for those of you that do not observe the 'do nothing' technique what sort of active contractions do you observe?

I have found several that are excellent, though they work only for a short time, I'm looking to extend my repotoire and explore a little;

- a mild holding contraction, usually results in a big erection which can run cause you to involuntarily bear down too much as things tighten
- micro movements, a hold a release in quick succession... Love this one
- a mild-medium hold for maybe 10-15 secs, repeat
- pushing out and sometimes holding, feels great!

Or a combo of the above. Anyone want to add any?

I just do whatever feels good. Sometimes it's nothing, sometimes it's holding a mild contraction, sometimes I pulse.

I have no magic formula.

Every time I think I have stumbled on the perfect formula it does nothing for me the next time I try it. The Uddiyana Bandha (pulling backwards against a closed glotis as you exhale) technique combined with Mula Bandha gave wonderful sensations a few days ago, now nothing. Same with breathing techniques.Maybe the body/prostate gets bored and needs something new all the time. No magic formula.

You're quite wise here, it's one of biggest sources of inconsistencies in my sessions. It's why when things fizzle for me after ten minutes I need to vary what I'm doing. This is why I want to see what types of active and non active approaches I can adopt.

I will add this as well; when in an aless session contractions really, really help to enhance my feelings and usually turn into orgasms as a result.

i do purposeful contractions/PC action stuff, and involuntaries kick in too. So sometimes the involuntaries do their thing and then I mix it up with some of me doing it, and dry Os ensue. Sometimes the PC flexes and its a huge bearing down/holding it in thing but I'm not in control and I can't make it relax or stop. Then when it does relax, involuntaries start and I orgasm. I can hold it myself, though, and produce a way different feeling: I get almost hard or rarely very hard and its easy to let go and relax at will. So many different fun combinations!

That's good tech pump, for me though if I clench too hard or in the wrong way it kills the feelings instantly. It's like walking on eggshells. Pray you never end up having sessions like those.

WOW!!!!! i am so glad i found this thread. i thought i was the only one who had varied results with contractions, its like whatever works one night doesnt work the next, sometimes hard contractions feel amazing and sometimes they hurt, so im glad im not alone in this matter

I use fast contractions. For me slooow contractions feel like I'm trying to force it.

Partial sustained clamps get my session going. About 1 hr into it, I stop contracting since I'm totally aroused/aware from the stimulation. At this point, I "do nothing". My elevated pulse starts giving me P-waves and my ass starts contracting rhythmically by itself. Sometimes this fuels a rocket ride to a Super-O, but sometimes I'll throw in a clamp and this launches me into a Super-O.

I have found that it what ever your anus wants is the key. There are times i just plug in and lay still with my legs crossed over each other and wham its game on. But there are times when I must breathe deep and relax in the same position as before and I might get some mini-O's and that's all. I do have to wait sometimes till the helix or eupho reaches body temp and the action begins very slowly and builds to a Super-O that may last 20 min or and hour. do nothing does work for me most of the time as i have discovered how to rewire so to speak.

^^^THIS!!! That's about exactly how it goes for me, not all the time, but when I do have super Os, they happen when it's like the way you describe here šŸ™‚
