If Peridise is an unisex model, does that mean that aneros pleasure does not come from the prostate, or does Peridise just stimulate women differently?

Hi burtwad!! 😀 😀 And although we have chatted several times during the recent Open Chats; Welcome to your Aneros journey and this fabulous Forum community!!

Something that can get lost in our prostate-centred aneros development stages here is this: just as the aneros models were invented as medical devices for Prostate Massage Therapy for conditions such a Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and Prostatitis for example, by the team at High Island Health, owners of Aneros; a different medical condition affecting a different part of our anatomy, common to men and women, unlike the prostate, prompted HIH/Aneros to create a different hands-free massage therapy for; Hemorrhoids.

Peristal, or Peridise as we know it here at Aneros, is a massager not at all aimed at the prostate, butt rather at your anus and the anal sphincters and related muscles involved in the Peristalsis: the great rhythmic muscular contractions the ripple down through most of our 32 foot-long feeding/waste tube and move the food/waste along until we eliminate it.

Aneros models work in the rectum pressing gently through the rectal muscle wall to massage your prostate. Peridise models work by being keyed into the muscle-free groove between your outer and inner ring of sphincter muscles that you keep closed until you relax to dump; Or to admit something that gives you pleasure! 😉

So, Peridise = Anal Orgasms, when used as directed. Sure lots of us try fully inserting it and using it to (try to) massage the prostate, and some get some benefits maybe. Butt! Used as directed Peridise works for both men and women because we both have the same arrangement of inner and outer anal sphincters!!

The best results I have had from my relatively early and brief use so far of our Peridise set is a great After Effect that I call Smoke Ring Ping Orgasms. Imagine your anal and rectal muscles feel toned and energized from using both aneros and peridise models lately, when your anal muscles begin healthy hefty contractions and are soon joined in a stepped sequence by nodes of contractions going up through your rectum, on into your colon, and on up your 32 feet of your inner worm/snake core that keeps you energized and alive.

I feel this like weightless smoke rings curling/rolling up my tube with such electric touchless delight they can create Calm Seas-Os and more. just as well as any aneros prostate effects or After Effects. Just like music, at aesthetically pleasing intervals or nodes along the way, I get a distinct Ping! Each one jumps the responses up another notch/pitch. The feeling disappears part way up and can echo faintly, after some silent passage through the upper intestine and stomach, in the esophagus and throat.

Remember too that this tube of life and life giving is more than dumb muscle, butt included neural complexes with as many neurons as your skull brain. Your Tube Brain is now recognized as your Second Brain. And that the Vagus Nerve, a major friend in orgasmic signalling, is attached to this series of nodes along the great tube, including the anus, where you are busy exercising and rhythmically stimulating the incredible concentration of highly sensitive nerves that make their living there!!!

So, make the most of the possibilities of Peridise!

all the greatest neuromuscular, electro-chemical, electro-magnetic, ion flow, quantum coherent and entangled resonant Ring Ping joys in whatever forms you find them all

Here are the operating instructions from the HIH site ( http://www.highisland.com/hm_instructions.php ) for Peridise/Peristal:

Session –

Relax your PC-sphincter muscles. The PC-sphincter muscles are the muscles used to stop the flow of urine.
Slowly insert the Peristal up to only its neck. Do not use force; allow it to glide in gently. *The purpose of this is to fit the first part of the Peristal into the intermuscular groove of the anal canal, which is located between the internal and external sphincter. Both the intermuscular groove and the adjacent area (a common site of exterior hemorrhoids), are rich in (pudendal) nerve endings.
With a moderately strong contraction, gradually tighten the PC-sphincter muscles and your body will naturally pull the Peristal deeper inside the anal canal. In instances of a weaker PC-sphincter, it may be necessary to lightly support the base/foot of the Peristal with your finger.
Relax and remain still for a roughly 5 to 10 minutes, allowing your body to accommodate the presence of the Peristal. Focus on relaxing your entire body and releasing any tension that may be held in the anal region. Deep breathing and a tranquil setting are recommended. You may start to feel tingling or moving sensations inside the anal canal. You may even notice that the Peristal moves by itself. This is desirable.
Begin contractions of your PC-sphincter muscles again, experimenting with different strengths, durations and eventually different body positions. During this process, the anal canal and the rectum will begin to contract, creating a “push-pull” effect with the Peristal alternately being pushed out then drawn deeper into the anal canal. These exercises continuously place the device in an unstable position, instigating peristaltic motions inside the anal canal.
When the Peristal stops its movement or when the pleasurable sensation diminishes, contract your PC-sphincter to draw the Peristal forward or add rectal pressure to push the Peristal outward, returning it to an unstable position inside the anal canal. Steps 5 and 6 can be repeated as desired.

Additional Information:

The Peristal is a hands free, self-massaging device. It is not designed to be pushed or pulled by the hand during use. Thus, allow the anal canal to naturally maneuver the Peristal.

The Peristal is designed as a step-by-step exercise device intended to assist users in exercising, toning and conditioning their anal PC-sphincter muscles. As such, users are advised to start with the largest model and advance to smaller models in sequence only after mastering the larger models.

The Peristal is designed as an exercise plan. Thus, it should be used even when there are no outbreaks of hemorrhoids and it can be used during minor to moderate hemorrhoids. However, the Peristal should NOT be used when your muscles are extremely sensitive, such as during major hemorrhoid flare-ups (ie...internal hemorrhoids in stage 3 or 4, and external hemorrhoids).

Exercising the muscles in this region such as with the Peristal (by controlling the rectal pressure and the contractions of the PC sphincter) is an ideal practice your muscle tone.

The condition of the anal canal varies throughout the day and will also vary from day by day. The Peristal is designed to accommodate these changes by automatically locating the most balanced and effective position inside the anal canal.

As the user becomes more familiar with the Peristal, he/she can vary the effects through different strengths, durations and positions. These changes will instigate varying degrees of peristaltic motions and feelings.

As with any health decisions, it is advisable to seek the adivce of physicians before use and for any other related questions.
