PC contractions & Breathing 3 ( No Emojis )

Been in to prostate play for about 9 months with some success.  Orgasms are slowly getting more often. Even in the beginning had a couple of inadvertent Super Os. Yeah beginners luck. My question is do you do a pc contraction at the end of a deep inhale or at the end of the exhale? I'm trying to figure out when is a good time during breathing to do some light pc contractions.  Also should deep breathing be done the whole session or only in the beginning for relaxation? Sorry if I'm being to analytical. Just looking for a little clarity.  Thx.

When I started it was just deep rythmical breathing. The deep inhale was enough to expand the perineum to cause the sliding movement that ceeated orgasms.

Now I do a mental pc contraction that flexes the internal muscles to cause the movement. It isn't something that can be seen like a kegel type contraction but only felt internally once one gets the hang of it.

The more I‘m into it, I‘d say there is no right or wrong or any special recipe for breathing or contractions. The more you focus on certain schemes the less you‘re open for the permanently changing results.

I sometimes welcome any occurring feeling with a moaning, the better the sensation the louder my vocalization. Funnily enough my pitch level changes with the region where my pleasure waves occur. At my base chakra my voice is low, at my crown chakra my voice can become squeaky. Sometimes I start to pant, sometimes I breathe slowly and steadily. But I only let this happen and watch it. Only when I change my focus to another spot I notice my breath and pitch level are following and adopting.

Sometimes I envision receiving or giving myself stimulations to several hot spots like nipples, perineum, frenulum, neck, ears, sphincters, gland, balls in quick succession or even at the same time with weird vocalizations never heard before, mostly leading to multiple orgasms and more. 

Sometimes I start humming and swaying my hips on a whim with pleasureful results like sudden involuntaries up to full body orgasms. When doing this it often reminds me of dances of the aboriginal peoples.

Don‘t analyze too much, better let go, watch and enjoy and savor the slightest good feeling. It may grow to an overwhelming orgasm. Doing everything playful and avoiding schemes has paved my way.
