Hi all,

So quick intro with possibly many more posts to come in the future. Long time lurker to the forum and I've finally decided to share my journey thus far (not all in this first post I might add :-)). I'm 41yo male and got my first toy, the Helix Syn, based on what I'd read early on in the forum. I seem to recall stumbling across this path to pleasure probably around 3 - 4 years ago now during a time that I was meditating daily (mainly for anxiety reduction, focus and memory improvements) to help with my career, but this practice unexpectedly brought me into contact "sychronicity" if you will, to all sorts of mind/body/soul esoteric interests which have since taken me on an educational, expanding, upgrading, wonderful, exotic, bewildering ride and I cannot imagine where a further 20, 30 or 40+ years may take me but it is incredibly exciting.
I suppose it would seem logical to provide more background / history, lifestyle choices and experiences in this last few years for anyone interested, but to avoid writing a novel, I think it best to share my recent "Path Switch" which is consistently yielding hours of SE (Sublime Ecstasy) and DB (Divine Bliss), perhaps different but equally powerful terms to the "elusive" Super Orgasm, by which for me personally the "orgasm" part of the word still conjures up too much similarity with the years of masturbatory conditioning, which my mind for some time was looking out for. Anyways, I have recently restarted Health Qigong practice and meditation which despite previous good results, I had steadily been getting pulled away from with busy family life, work and due to high libido and desire to escape the daily stress/strain of modern day life, the constant sexual desires (not all healthy I might add, which I have recently put a spotlight on through mindfullness) and I have now seen clearly - " sneakily hidden in plain sight", that the use of porn over the years has not been at all beneficial to my mind/body or soul and I am now addressing this with NoFAP and No Porn (which I had been using to this point in my Aneros sessions).
So I see myself now as going through a sexual detox/dopermine reset in order to recalibrate my existence with one more wholesome, spiritual and nourishing rather than guilt ridden, out of control, potentially harmful, never ending, insatiable sexual cravings.
So I guess I am unwiring myself from the bad stuff but keeping some good, e.g prostate awakedness etc and rewiring with Qigong, Meditation, diet, excercise etc to upgrade myself to a better, healthier stronger, happier version by which the energy and pleasure I am now enjoying has been Sublime and Divine, with every cell in my body alive, dancing, teasing, suprising and a prostate that pins me down to the bed allowing me to bask in the constant eradiating pleasure that seems to have no edge, on and on and on with no mental or physical effort needed on my part other than breathing easy and relaxing deeply. I am now a battery being recharged and nourished by the "plugged in" aneros, rather than depleting my energy through effort, thought, porn etc.
In summary, up until recently I've followed the Yang path to Aneros sessions and have had some very good pleasure but it was hit and miss and often felt I would reach an edge that I just couldn't get over as well as the physical exertion / feeling of depletion even with light contractions etc and the need for porn which I see now was also a distraction in what my body was wanting to gift to me all this time! I'm now very much on the Yin path, with surrendering, allowing, relaxing, tuning in but expecting nothing and it is absolutely incredible! I feel now like my journey is really just starting but from a truly divine / pure place which I can integrate into my mind/body / soul and use it for growth in the hope I can actually be a person that adds value to peoples lives /society from a selfless perspective, rather than just looking to meet my own short lived selfish carnal desires and continue to be brainwashed and numbed/dumbed down by porn, social media, news etc etc.

Welcome ∑igma
Great first post, and welcome to the world of Aneros where you can connect mind body & spirit. It sounds like you are off to a great start & I wholeheartedly agree with your thoughts on meditation & looking for something more in life than just "short term carnal selfish desires."

and I have now seen clearly - " sneakily hidden in plain sight", that the use of porn over the years has not been at all beneficial to my mind/body or soul

I kicked the porn addiction years ago myself. And the more I read about it the more I learn how damaging it can be to us men. I developed ED and wonder how much is physical if at all & how much is in my head. I am new to meditation & Andros use myself & hoping to cure some of my ED through this journey.

I just started reading the book [h=1]The Multi-Orgasmic Man: Sexual Secrets Every Man Should Know by Mantak Chia and 1 more[/h]
I am blown away by what I have read so far. This Aneros journey has been so freeing & is opening up a whole new world I never knew existed. I am only in the 4th chapter and there is no discussion of prostate stimulus, it seems to be another path to MMO. They explore Taoist tradition re: sex & I realize how hung up I have been on sexuality especially in relation to religion & not masturbating, anal play etc.

I'm now very much on the Yin path, with surrendering, allowing, relaxing, tuning in but expecting nothing and it is absolutely incredible! I feel now like my journey is really just starting but from a truly divine / pure place which I can integrate into my mind/body / soul

I feel like this is the place I am heading to now & am quite excited as I go in this entirely new direction. I look forward to more posts regarding your journey & the new things you discover.

@∑igma Thanks for your great post. Would like to follow your advise and footsteps to find my Yin path. Ditch the porn for starters?

@Alaska thank you for the welcome 🙂 I have read a few mantak chia publications and that The Multi-Orgasmic Man is a great read, I have for a very short time practiced Micro Cosmit Orbit but also under followed under a different qigong master called Small Universe (same principles with slightly different visualisations.

@JohnnieB I'll be putting out a new post on the forum to cover some of the things I do /have done on my journey so far and some further details probably in another post about how a combination of these things (much like a stack in the fitness supplement world) all contribute to a holistic / awareness energy building and conserving state that paves the way for the Yin approach to really flourish. I liken Yin to the power of water and its ability to passively overcome obstacles like large boulders etc and find its way to the oceans (deep inner orgasmic bliss/soup) but also seeing and feeling its true power in waterfalls which for me displays its prowess and force which is the overflowing pleasure that is enliving the cells in the body in such an effotless way it defies (my old masculine beliefs) about "true" power. Re the quitting porn, this is a very new thing for me, I'm only about 6 weeks in but the transformation and enhancement to my sessions and wider life improvements has been startling. A good website resource is nofap.com with forums offering support and lots of real stories about how it has damaged many mens lives in so many ways, with the desires amping up with strange (potentially harmful) fetishes/urges and stronger content due to the eventual point where the brain plateaus and no longer gets pleasure from what ever you are viewing.

@∑igma Great summary of your experiences. Much of what you write is similar to my own experience. I like your use of the expressions Sublime Ecstasy and Divine Bliss. I often use the expression pleasurable sensations of an orgasmic nature. I think that the use of a multitude of terms for different types of orgasms can be counter productive, since it may create expectations that can prevent us from embracing what actually does happen.

If you haven't already done so, you might want to look into Key Sound Multiple Orgasms as well. I find it goes nicely hand in hand with the use of Aneros.

@Pavlov its great to hear you also have similar experiences, Thanks for the referal to KSMO which I have lightly practiced having listened to the full instructions on audiobook about 3 times. I have had some good results from that as well and occasionally use it in sessions.
