Best toy combo since Adam and Eve. Polish off any rough spots on the toothbrush. Insert paradise. Slowly insert all plastic toothbrush,be vary carefull not two force it. It will go past the second hole. You can slowly rotate the toothbrush to find the second hole. Once again very slowly because of the small point. I position the toothbrush on the bottom side with the paradise on top between the toothbrush and tummy while lying on my back. The toothbrush soft brisels are then aiming down towards the mattress and the toothbrush will insert all the way to the hole. Once set up work all those nice muscles and work the hips a little. Supper hard cock and lots of dripping. I don't move it in and out with my hand. Let us know if it works for you. Good luck.

I've used two Aneros toys at the same time, its been years since I did, but it can make for some fun and zany feelings. P-tab on top toy is on perineum, p-tab on the toy under it is where the k-tab usually goes on a Trident model. They slide against each other in wild ways, like the top one will move and the bottom won't, and vice versa, and then sometimes they move independently at different times, so the top will move into me first and then the bottom one will move in, sometimes they move like pistons. I can't control how they move at all. Also, depending on the shape and depth of the body of each toy, the combo creates different sensations and for sure different movements.
My anus isn't really a hole, its like a slit. I can stick a finger in the top half of the anal "slit" and it won't touch the bottom half, and then do the same for the bottom half and it won't touch the apex of the slit nearest my perineum. All men's anuses are like this if you look at anatomy charts, whereas a woman's anus is for real a tiny hole. yes standard size and the brisels are very soft which is easy on the sensitive surroundings. It has some smooth curves on it. With the paradise in and turning the toothbrush slowly it seems to find the second hole for me when it is at around 180 degrees. Like the brisels facing up once it's all the way in I turn the brisels so they are facing down again. Then just relax and look for those subtle feelings with working those muscles lightly and some small hip movements.Are you using a standard size toothbrush with soft bristles for this? More information please!

I think what makes it different than anything I have used before is that when I flex my top mussel the second hole seems to contract and with the small taper on the handle of the toothbrush it gets to feeling amazing.
