Sitting in my chair right now and I can feel P-waves from my bowels filling with fecal matter. This isn't the first time I've had this happen and on occasion I have felt a very intense P-wave that runs down my legs. Anyone else get these sensations?

@reddog152 , yes, one can feel p-waves at unexpected times but I doubt it's from descending bowels.  Sometimes, these p-waves are remnants of a recent session or simply a result of state of mind.  When I encounter them, I just sit back and enjoy them, something I never had before the start of my rewiring process.

Just my opinion.

I have thought the same thing, I often get the sensations in the early morning hours before time to get up. I blamed it on intestines moving also...who knows.

I really see it as the material impinging on the prostate that is, as we all know, right up against the colon. I have, in the past, had my prostate milked by a bowel movement, especially when straining with some constipation. A fairly good amount of prostatic fluid too.

I don't know if it is pressure that is the root of the sensations either. I have no idea. Heck, I don't even know what's real anymore after a couple of sessions breathing with aneros. But, someone correct if I'm wrong, isn't the vagus nerve connected all through the intestines? It's not a stretch for me to think connection and stimulation in one area could mean stimulation in another, if that makes any sense.

@theeagleandwolf I experienced the same thing last year when I first began understanding how this works. I was at work and had been doing breathing exercises with contractions, and I remember specifically thinking, "the next time I go to the bathroom is goi to be more interesting than it was in the past." There were no fireworks but I experienced relaxing those muscles like never before.

Then, later on a long drive, as I got closer to my destination and was feeling a full bladder, I went through a wave of involuntaries like I had never experienced. It left me laughing and giddy. It was the first of a series of strange to me experiences leading up to the eventual super o. It is all still a mystery to me and I still have not made it back to the same place again since.

Might be universal but people just don't notice. It makes sense to me that for natural human evolution, basic body functions should bring satisfaction, a full bladder means you're staying hydrated, it's good for you, so you get some pleasure, and you tend to drink more. For the modern hyper stimulated human, this might be too subtle.

In an old Betty Dodson video, they talked shortly about a full bladder giving some women more pleasure during sex. So it seems like it would affect both men and women. No reason why full bowels couldn't give some similar effects.
