P-tab not making contact with my skin, and generally just 'hovering' over it

I've had this problem with the Helix Classic and Vice, where the unit is inserted but the p-tab does not rest on my skin and instead kind of hovers over it. I don't have this issue with my MGX, Progasm, Eupho, or Helix Syn. I've tried to insert them further down or re-position them, but they always go back to the hovering position. Is this a known issue with some users, and how do I fix this?

Don't fix it... It actually is the best possible situation. You are lucky.

I've noticed that during insertion, all of my Aneros products feel better when it is like this. It feels like the head is resting right on my prostate but I can never hold this position for long. Eventually it will get drawn in.

Yeah, this is the most common case I guess.
