So those well versed in male anatomy is each man's prostate/rectum different like woman's vagina. It seems what prostate device works or don't varies man to man. For me my best results have been Helix syn V and Njoy wand. I ordered recently GIDDI Thor and excited to try it.But there have been very under whelming devices as well typically 3rd party prostate toys off amazon.

Am almost certain that everyone’s sweet spot will vary so some experimenting is required to determine where it is but once you find it, you’ll know where it is! Best to read and learn from others experiences!
