4. The Perineum tab is too close to my anus. My hot spot along the perineum is closer to my testicles. How can I fix the perineum tab in order to hit my hot spot along the perineum?

You might want to do a search on tab "mod" or "modification". There is quite a bit of discussion on that topic.

Also, some of the other Aneros models I think have longer spacing. Or, another alternative is to actually pull the tab forward until it catches higher towards your scotum. Different solutions.
