Once I get Aneros inserted, after 20 mins it starts hurting.

I have finally gotten the aneros inserted and have been working on relaxing and trying to focus; however, after 20 mins or so, it starts to hurt. Don't think it is due to lack of lube.....used lots of lube.
Any experience with this?
